This work presents modification methods of solid-state ion-selective electrodes formed on LTCC substrate. Some problems with water penetration under the membranes, leading to destruction of the AgCl layer, were observed. A properly working ammonium ion sensor was designed as a coated wire electrode with ion-selective membrane of Siloprene K1000 was demonstrated. Source

In this study, method of electrochemical detection of oligonucleotides and oligonucleotides hybridization was described. The influence of incubation time and temperature was investigated. Electrochemical detection was carried out employing differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), with the use of graphite electrodes printed by means of a desk-top XYZ-dispensing robot. Source
