Based on integration of information fusion and resource control and handy operation and so on, an universal closed loop function model mode-based is presented. This model includes information fusion, resource control, communication network, man-machine interface and data base, and embodys some characteristics such as ranked architecture, task scheme, mode-based control and so on. According to the proposed universal model and technology characteristic of typical radar network system, several resource control function models such as typical centralized, decentralized, hierarchical and mixed architecture are designed, which satisfy factual application demand. The results show that the proposed universal function model is applicable and valid.

"Big Data" is a hot research field of information science and technology. Military intelligence data has typical "Big Data" features. Hadoop is a software framework based on Java for distributed density data processing and analysis. In order to make the intelligence information and data access meet the real-time requirements, improve the scheduling algorithm under the framework of Hadoop. With a simple classification way, we realized the real-time intelligence data access request scheduling in a laboratory environment. © 2014 WIT Press.
