In order to make the best use of existing aerial imagery and ground control points, save cost and reduce working hours, a new method of combined bundle block adjustment based on existing ground control points and multi-period aerial imagery is put forward in the paper. Firstly, the mathematical model of combined bundle block adjustment is deduced. Then the data sets of a place in South China are used to validate the proposed method. The experiment results show that the combined bundle block adjustment can deliver the effect of existing ground control points from former aerial imagery to later aerial imagery through the corresponding points among them. The plane accuracy of pass points of the combined bundle block adjustment is similar to that of the conventional bundle block adjustment. The height accuracy of pass points is dependent on the quantity of corresponding point observations among the multi-period aerial imagery. The more the corresponding point observations are, the better the height accuracy of pass points is. So as long as there are enough corresponding point observations among the multi-period aerial imagery in the same area, the accuracy of pass points derived from combined bundle block adjustment will be meet the topographic maps specifications for aerophotogrammetric operation. In this notes, the design problem of non-fragile controller for a class of nonlinear neutral delay system is investaged. The nonlinear parts are assumed to satisfy the bounded condition, and the controller is additive gain variation. The aim is to design a state feedback non-fragile controller such that, for all nonlinear disturbances, the closed-loop system remains asymptotically stable and cost function value is not more than a specified upper bound. A criterion for the existence of such controller is derived based-on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach combined with the Lyapunov method. A parameterized characterization of guaranteed cost controllers is given in terms of the feasible solutions to the certain LMI. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the application of the proposed design approach. © 2011 IEEE. Source

First, the application mode of CORS in seismic studies is discussed. Then, based on eight Guangdong CORS stations, the stability analysis of Guangdong CORS Frame after Dong Yuan continuous seism wave are given. Finally, Some ideas on deformation monitoring net construction are put forward to realize effective monitoring and reference datum maintenance in earthquake area, with gradually adaptive reference from working basic point, base point to CORS stations. This paper studied an algorithm on image matching based on Chang'e-1 CCD image, the model used the three-line-array image to do image matching and the constraint condition of the quasi-epipolar line on the course of matching. This document took the long sequence of IGS ionospheric VTEC (vertical total electron content unit) products as original data, based on the theory research of various abnormally detection methods, we could select the optimal method to process VTEC products, combined with earthquake cases of which the magnitude greater than Ms5.0 in global range from 2003 to the present. According to the principle of mathematical statistics, we found the relationship between the abnormal of ionosphere and the factors of earthquakes. Through calculating the correlation coefficient and the single factor variance analysis between earthquake factors and the ionosphere anomalies, we not only confirmed that the earthquake has an effect on ionosphere anomalies, but also proved the conclusion that the magnitude has the positive correlation with the positive ionosphere anomalies, and under the condition of single factor analysis, we confirmed that the magnitude made a significant impact on the ionosphere anomalies before the earthquake happened. © Springer Science+Business Media Singapore 2016.
