Based on the field survey data and exploration results, this paper comprehensively e-laborated the landslide distribution, structure, type, size and the history of deformation. In addition, factors that may lead to or influence the control of landslide were also thoroughly analyzed, which include the topography, geological structure and earthquake, stratum lithology, precipitation, hydrological geological conditions and human economic activities. According to the slope of typical geological section, transfer coefficient method was applied to calculate and analyze the landslide stability. The result shows that landslide is in a less stable or unstable state under the current situation, while rainfall and earthquake conditions will make the landslide unstable. Finally, landslide project management ideas and solutions were proposed, with a view to be used for the landslide government in similar regions. Source
