Objection: the research of The effect of nasal septum deviation on the new technology of the treatment of maxillary sinus cyst. Way: 61 patients with maxillary sinus cyst were selected from patients with CT scan, and were divided into two groups. Group one includes 32 patients with Maxillary sinus cyst(treatment group). Group two uses 29 Patients with nasal septum deviation of maxillary sinus cyst as a comparison(matched group). These two group Adopt the surface anesthesia or local anesthesia, Under the conventional via nasal passages or labial gingival sulcus second incisor puncture, let the needle get into the cyst and then extract the fluid. According to the number of the fluid, inject our invention patent medicine by the ratio of 2:1(the fluid was 2ml, the drug was 1ml, and the main component of the drug was the super oxidation of iodine atoms). After two months' treatment, taking the CT scan for the two groups' patients in order to observe their effect respectively. Results: the patients in treatment group were all cured by taking 1-2 times' new way. Among the matched group, 5 patients were cured and 25 patients get better. The cure rate and the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group have the statistically significance (p<0.05, p<0.01). conclusion: The research shows that the nasal septum is an important factor that affects the curative effect of the treatment of maxillary sinus cyst. Before treatment, the treatment and correction of nasal septum deviation should be first considered to provide ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of the relevant deviation of nasal septum, maxillary sinus cyst. © 2015 IEEE. BACKGROUND: Animal and cell studies have shown that the Kidney Recipe can prevent and treat osteoporosis and improve bone metabolism, but this recipe is complicated. Recent studies on compound Chinese medicine mainly focused on serum drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, which has limitations, and the effective ingredient and pharmaceutical material basis are uncertain. OBJECTIVE: In the different concentrations and time, by using different compatibility proportion of active ingredients of Kidney Recipe, osteoblasts from neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to culture intervention. The proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts were determined so as to identify time-effect and dose-effect relationship of Kidney Recipe on osteoblasts and to provide experimental evidences for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. METHODS: Primary neonatal 24-hour osteoblasts of Sprague-Dawley rats were cultured in vitro. Herbs "tonic" and "cathartic" active chemical components of different proportion were used. The experiment contained three groups: Tonics Medicine (T) > Cathartic Medicine (C) group, T < C Medicine group and control group. T > C group and T < C group were given 10, 20, 30 μg/L serum-free medium kidney prescription intervention for osteoblast cultures. Cell proliferation was detected at 24, 48 and 72 hours after culture. Alkaline phosphatase secretion of osteoblasts was measured at 48 and 72 hours. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: At mass concentration of 10 μg/L and 48 hours of culture, a significant promoting effect on the proliferation was found in the T > C group (P < 0.05). At mass concentration of 20 μg/L, no significant difference was detected in the T > C and T < C groups at various time points, but significant difference was found as compared with the control group. At mass concentration of 30 μg/L and 48 hours of culture, a significant promoting effect on the proliferation was visible in the T > C group (P < 0.05), and the proliferation became weak at 72 hours. At mass concentration of 10 μg/L and 72 hours of culture, alkaline phosphatase secretion could be promoted in the T > C group. At mass concentration of 20 μg/L and 24 hours of culture, the promoting effect on alkaline phosphatase secretion was most significant in the T < C group (P < 0.05). At mass concentration of 30 μg/L and 72 hours of culture, the promoting effect on alkaline phosphatase secretion was optimal in the T > C group (P < 0.05). Results confirm that active ingredients of Kidney Recipe compatibility proportion can promote osteoblasts proliferation and differentiation most strongly in the T > C group in the time-effect and the dose-effect relationship. © 2015, Journal of Clinical Rehabilitative Tissue Engineering Research. Background: Compound Chinese medicine is a kind of compound drugs with the combination of minerals, plants and animals, which play the multi-target integrated treatment effects in the treatment of bone metabolic disease through various methods. Objective: To research the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine on the proliferation and bone mineral density of osteoblasts, and to explore the pharmacological effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed to analyze the effect of some compound traditional Chinese medicines on the proliferation and bone mineral density of osteoblasts that identified in the previous studies, in order to analyze the factors of compound traditional Chinese medicines that can promote the bone formation. The appropriate dose of the drugs that can promote cell proliferation and differentiation and improve the bone mineral density was screened out through the in vitro culture of osteoblasts, and then compared with the results of chemical medicines. Results and Conclusion: Compound traditional Chinese medicines can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and improve the bone mineral density, and have the advantages of full treatment and less side effect in the treatment of osteoporosis. But the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicines in improving the bone mineral density is less than the chemical drugs. The long-term and large-sample clinical studies should be performed to decrease the risk of osteoporotic fracture. Source

BACKGROUND: In vitro culture of osteoblasts and its Chinese medicine intervention is one of the important means for the research and development of osteoporosis treated with traditional Chinese medicine. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and the synthesis of osteocalcin. METHODS: The researches on the effect of different kinds of Chinese medincine-loaded serum on the secretion of osteoblasts and osteocalcin were collected for the data analysis. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on osteocalcin synthesis of osteoblasts was observed from the level of molecular cell biology. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Some single Chinese herbs and Chinese herbal compounds could promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and the synthesis of osteocalcin, and different Chinese medicines had different effects in promoting the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and expression level of osteocalcin, which was positively correlated with the concentration of Chinese medicine-loaded serum. Through screening with the in vitro culture of osteoblasts, the drugs and appropriate dose for promoting the proliferation and differentiation were founded, which could positively promote the development of drugs used for the treatment of osteoporosis. Objective: Talk about the change of cilium's function and the ostiomcatal complexmucosal ultrestructure aftermaxillary sinus cyst operation treatment and nonoperational treatment methods: choose 63 patients and divided theminto 2 groups. then cut down the tumor. Then inject the medicine and observe the patient of the two groups use some methods to observe the changes. Results: in surgical treatment group, nasal mucosa cilia propagation velocity is 4.08±1.26 mm/min. In the other group, the space is 8.23±2.13 mm/min. The difference is obvious between the two groups. According to the electronic microscope cilium is less and chaos arranged, parts of cells come off, local edema,minor Neutrogena. and goblet cells. In cross-section contains: 9+2microtubules in contrast group, ciliumis ciliaarrangement and thickness, abundant and intensive. 9+2microtub is clearly built.
