This study is designed to observe the scale structure of the hairs and villus of marmot, silver fox, raccoon, mink, northern beaver, muskdeer mouse by SEM, prior to the pretreatment to achieve the five kinds of fur animal species identification, and determination of five kinds of fur animal hairs and scales the rake angle of hair, scales height, scale thickness and other indicators. The results show; 5 fur animal hair fibers of different ultrastructural morphology, and its scales the rake angle of hair, scale height, scale thickness and other indicators of data varies, the same kind of animal hairs between the scales and hair the rake angle of hair, scale height, scale thickness and other indicators are also different.

Novel simplified Aspirin derivatives were developed, characterized by using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elementalanalysis techniques and evaluated for anticancer activity in human cell lines. The results revealed that most of the compounds exhibited inhibitory effects of growth of cancer cell lines in vitro against T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell lines Molt-4, chronic myclogenous leukemia cell lines K-562, acute myelocytic leukemia cells lines HL-60, human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7, human hepatic carcinoma cell lines HepG-2 and human lung cancer cell lines A-549. It was observed that some of these compounds exhibited significant anticancer activity particularly 5i which had stronger antileukemia activity with IC50 values ranging from 11.12 to 19.25 μmol·L-1 against 3 leukemia cells than control fluorouracil, so some of the compounds may constitute a novel class of anticancer medicines, which deserves further study. © 2014 Bentham Science Publishers.

In order to analyse relativity and effect on average fiber diameter with different pretreatment , we detected average fiber diameter of standard top wool, homogeneity wool and heterogeneity wool with three different pretreatment including normal temperature keeping, oven heating and constant temperature and humidity keeping by fiber laserscan. Results showed, with three different pretreatment, average fiber diameter of 8 standard top wool was 24.88,24.84,25.11μm, that of 10 homogeneity wool was 17.66,17.79,18. 16 μm, that of 10 heterogeneity wool was 27.91,27.76, 29.24 μm, respectively. By statistical analyzing, average fiber diameter had no significant difference among three different pretreatment. In addition, average fiber diameter after normal temperature keeping and oven heating showed a notably linear relativity with constant temperature and humidity keeping.
