After studying and analyzing the raw material cost and spinning production rate between 41.7 tex (woollen yarn) and 33.3 tex(worsted yarn) , this thesis got the result that the cost to spin yarn with 41.7 tex will be lower than the cost to spin yarn with 33.3 tex. And the thesis discussed how to print on light and thin cashmere scarves with digital printing technique. It expounded that the cashmere scarves, which were developed with woollen yarn 41.7 tex via refining process and printed classical pattern with digital printing machine, and then by milling, softening, steaming and other finishing, the fabrics were same in fashion as worsted scarves with 33.3 tex. The scarves were soft, smooth, flat and beautiful. It's popular by the market. The scarves marked were improved as its cost is cut down. Source

In order to meet the needs of the market, basing on the present spinning technique, the method of spinning cashmere worsted yarn with high count in 10 tex has been studied in the raw materials selection (by using high-quality cashmere fiber from Inner Mongolia) , machine equipped ( by using the combination of cotton and wool spinning equipments) as well as the technical designing. To avoid the fiber tendering during the spinning, adopting the operation technique of low speed, low draft and small gauge, to re-bulid the flat of the carding machine into one by one cover way, meanwhile adding oil & water two times and then keep the fiber for 48 hours to increase the cohesion as well as the spinality in the yarn spinning, which make the final products in top grade and quite different. In order to increase the bulkiness and fluffy handle of the woollen products, certain percentage of raccoon fiber, mercerized wool, and cashmere were blended to yarn. The final blended yarn combined the softness and smooth of cashmere, fluffy and full of raccoon fiber, together with bulky and straight character of mercerized wool. After many tests, final blended yarn of the three raw materials was achieved, and blending ratio, process parameters and finial process were set. All process parameters of blending, carding, spinning, winding and twisting were recommended with 42 tex double yarn as an example. The development of this product enriched varieties of woollen cashmere fabrics and saved cashmere resource, but also met different needs of consumers, it made cashmere products a broad prospects and a higher economic efficiency.
