The topic of this paper is to solve the problem that high-count cashmere knitwear random shrink during its production. Researching the mechanical property and microcosmic shape of dyed cashmere fiber, it shows that with the breaking strength and rupture elongation decreasing, the height of scale increased, the shrinkage increased. In a word, reducing the damage for cashmere fiber is convenient for shrinkage control. Getting the curves reflect the relation between fiber breaking strength and shrinkage. It is convenient for improve the dyeing craft in the future.
