The communication device is placed at a first moving device and the communication device includes a movement detection module, a transmitter, and a controller. The movement detecting module detects movement of the first moving device to obtain at least one first movement parameter at a first time point, and detects the movement of the first moving device to obtain at least one second movement parameter at a second time point latter than the first time point. The transmitter transmits the at least one first movement parameter. By estimating position of the first moving device at the second time point, the controller obtains an estimated internal movement parameter. The controller controls the transmitter to transmit the at least one second movement parameter selectively according to the estimated internal movement parameter and the at least one second movement parameter.

The present invention provides a method for producing a microcapsule formulation comprising:step A of adding a basic amino acid to an aqueous solvent containing a heavy metal salt of a peptidic physiologically active substance to obtain an amino acid-containing S/W suspension;step B of adding a basic amino acid to an organic solvent containing a biodegradable polymer to obtain an amino acid-containing polymer solution;step C of dispersing the amino acid-containing S/W suspension in the amino acid-containing polymer solution, which is an oil phase, to obtain an S/W/O emulsion;step D of dispersing the S/W/O emulsion in a water phase to obtain an S/W/O/W emulsion; andstep E of removing the organic solvent from the S/W/O/W emulsion. The method is capable to avoid direct contact of a peptidic physiologically active substance with an organic solvent layer, and to achieve a high encapsulation efficiency of the peptidic physiologically active substance.

A cell and a method and a system for bandwidth management of a backhaul network of the cell, adapted for arranging a routing path of a bearer established between a user equipment and a serving gateway through the cell in the backhaul network, are provided. In the method, the cell connects the user equipment to establish the bearer between the user equipment and the serving gateway or change an established bearer. The cell sets a packet label on the data packets of the bearer and transmits the packet label and bandwidth management information of the bearer to a controller of the backhaul network for the controller to arrange the routing path of the data packets using the packet label in the backhaul network according to the bandwidth management information.

One of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in two of the sliding blocks. Another one of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in another two of the sliding blocks.
