Hunan University of Commerce，or HUC ，is a government-sponsored full-time college,and one of the universities and colleges specially supported by the overall economic and social development program of Hunan province. Located in the Lushan University Park of Changsha。HUC was established in 1994 by combining two colleges: Hunan Business College and Hunan Business Management College. It was renamed Hunan University of Commerce in 2007.With rich schooling experience accumulated over the years, HUC has by now been developed into a multi-disciplinary and multi-level college,including four-year education,three-year education and adults education. In 2008, HUC started to grant Master's degrees. Taking Management and Economics as its main focus, HUC also lays emphasis on the coordinated development in such disciplines as Law, Technology, Literature, and Applied Science. It consists of 17 teaching units in the forms of schools or departments and 18 research institutes. Energy efficiency as well as fast data transmission is vital to green communications-based applications for Internet of Things (IoT). Wireless sensors, which constitute one of the important parts of IoT, adopt duty cycle operating mode to save energy. Although duty cycle operating mode will decrease the energy consumption of sensor nodes, it leads to a larger communication delay. In this paper, a utility-based adaptive duty cycle (UADC) routing algorithm is proposed to increase energy efficiency, reduce transmission delay, and keep long lifetime at the same time. First, UADC routing algorithm adopts a comprehensive performance evaluation function to evaluate the utility of choosing different relay nodes. Then it selects the node which maximizes the utility of the system to perform data relay. The utility function synthesizes comprehensive indexes like the reliability, energy consumption, and delay of the node. UADC routing algorithm adopts a high-duty cycle operating mode in the areas which have more remaining energy to decrease the delay. And a low-duty cycle operating mode in the energy-strained areas is adopted to ensure a long lifetime. In computer graphics, there are many ways to simplify the grid, but most of them are for static grids, and there is little simplification works for animated collaborative meshes. A method of generating dynamic surface uncertainty image for cooperative feature constraints is proposed, which is used to simplify the image by repeating the side contraction operation. The synergistic feature is used to measure the degree of synergism of the triangular patches in the whole cooperative sequence. In the cumulative edge folding cost, it is possible to effectively preserve the details of some of the larger regions. On this basis, a grid optimization algorithm on the sequence of animated images is proposed, which improves the time consistency of the dynamic image output while adjusting the shape of the triangle, and reduces the visual transition between adjacent frames. Experimental results show that the method is highly efficient, easy to implement, and can output arbitrary resolution high quality simplified image sequence.

Digital fingerprinting is an emerging technology to protect multimedia data from piracy, where each distributed copy is labeled with unique identification information. In coded fingerprinting, each codeword of the anti-collusion code is used to represent a user's fingerprint. In real-world applications, the number of potential users can be very large and hence, the used anticollusion code should be easy to construct and have as many codewords as possible. This paper proposes a simple coded fingerprinting scheme, where the anticollusion code is constructed with an identity matrix. The main advantage of our scheme is its simplicity, as a large number of fingerprints can easily be generated to accommodate a large number of users. To improve collusion resistance, some transformations are performed on the original fingerprint in the embedding phase and the corresponding inverse transformations are performed on the extracted sequence in the detection phase. © 2011 Higher Education Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

To solve the linguistic-stochastic multi-criterion decision-making problems with incomplete information, a solving method based on one-dimension normal clouds and relative satisfaction degrees was designed. In the method, uncertain linguistic evaluation labels of the alternatives under criteria were transformed into approximate one-dimension normal clouds according to the normal distribution law and the golden section ratio method. By the numerical characteristics' variation method, the clouds' distances between alternatives and ideal alternative (positive or negative) were measured under the criteria. Through the operation law of interval numbers, the weighted distances between alternatives and ideal alternative (positive or negative) were calculated. The relative satisfaction degrees of the alternatives were gotten, and the ranking order of the alternatives was defined. The urban public transportation network optimization was taken as an example to show the validity and the feasibility of proposed method.

Based on a comprehensive consideration of features of the selection of green logistics service providers, the paper, proposes the criteria for evaluating providers of green logistics service by combining the traditional evaluation index system, and the criteria are determined as compatibility with the users, cost of service, quality of service, service ability and adaptation with environment. In this paper, method of multi-criteria decision making, based on intuitionistic language fuzzy entropy, is adopted to evaluate and select providers of green logistics service, and the scientific and feasible nature of this decision-making process is then verified through empirical studies. The logistics service providers supply a kind of service which is a service product, thus there is a plenty of uncertainty and fuzzy in selecting logistics service providers. AHP is first used to calculate the weights of logistics services providers evaluations and then VIKOR method developed for multi-criteria optimization determining a compromise solution is applied to select the logistics services providers. The latter method provides a maximum "group utility" for the "majority" and minimum of an individual regret for the "opponent". An effective algorithm of image edge detection based on EMD(empirical mode decomposition) and second generation wavelet analysis is presented. The image signal is decomposed to a number of IMF(intrinsic mode function) via EMD, then each IMF function is processed by second generation wavelet transform. The application of this method to image shows that it is effective and practical. © 2010 IEEE.
