This paper uses the improved grey correlation degree model based on the coefficient of variation of the sequence K0 and sequence K0i, and conducts the correlation analysis on various technical indicators of champion Miami Heat in 2012-2013 season the NBA basketball championship finals. In the study it dimensionless processes the official data in seven games on the Heat teamfinals, uses gray correlation degree model algorithm to obtain the special formula of various technical indicators; the results show that the correlation degree sort of the total score and various indicators is shooting average, free throw times, free throw percentage, assists and steals. © 2013 Trade Science Inc. - INDIA. Safe and efficient delivery of nucleic acid constructs to target cells has great potential for the treatment of genetic diseases. Non-viral gene delivery has attracted considerable attention because of large-scale production, immunogenicity and safety concerns. Whereas, non-viral gene delivery still suffered from low transfection efficiency and lack of selectivity, which is the main target on this field. The gene delivery based on cyclodextrin (CD) can offer the possibility for construction of various multi-functional gene deliveries. As a FDA approved bio-material, CDs have been extensively used for gene delivery because of their ability to stabilize the nucleic acids in biological media and their ability to destabilize and permeate biological membranes and for obviating undesirable side effects. CD is not only a widely used host molecule capable of internalizing guest molecules in water, but also a core with abundant OH groups. Therefore, a variety of nonviral vectors have been explored based on CD's host-guest interaction and core structure. Recently, CD modified gene delivery has achieved to the clinic test with remarkable result, showing great potential application. In this review the newest development of the gene delivery based on cyclodextrin is summarized. The article provides detail information about the rotaxanes type, side-chain type, star-shape type and branched type deliveries of nucleic acid. Furthermore, the advantage of CD based gene delivery is emphasized herein, which has been applied in clinical test. Source

Objective: To investigate the effects of microRNA-21(miR-21) on the apoptosis of human lung cancer NCI-H446 cells. Methods: Cultured lung cancer NCI-H446 cells were transfected with antisense oligonucleotide miR-21(as-miR-21) or non-special oligonucleotides (negative control) and non-transfected cells were used as blank control. miR-21 expression were determined by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR method; The apoptosis rate of NCI-H446 cells was measured by flow cytometry and Hochest 33258; B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2) protein was detected by Western blot. Results: The expression of miR-21 in as-miR-21 group was significantly lower than those in negative and blank control groups (both P<0.05). The apoptosis rate in as-miR-21 transfected cells was significantly higher than those in negative control and blank control groups[flow cytometry: (12.82±0.01)% vs (5.23±0.01)%, (4.34±0.01)%, both P<0.05; Hochest 33258: (8.37±1.35)% vs (3.12±1.12)%, (2.56±3.43)%, both P<0.05]. The expression of Bcl-2 protein in as-miR-21 group was significantly lower than that in negative and blank control groups (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Down-regulation of miR-21 expression in NCI-H446 cells promotes cell apoptosis, which may be associated with the down-regulation of Bcl-2 expression. ©, 2015, Journal of Practical Oncology, Editorial Board. The three-party password-based key exchange protocol (3PAKE) is the protocol in which two communications entities can authenticate each other and establish a session key through the assistance of an authentication server. All exsisting 3PAKE need certain encrypion system which are not suitable to some certain application such as low devices. In this paper, we propose a simple three-party password-based key exchange protocol(S3PAKE) without encrypton based on augmented password by this way that every client only shares a common password with a trusted server and any two clients can authenticate each other and negotiate a session key relying on the help of the trusted server. Compared to previous protocols, our proposed protocols are more efficent and convenient since the protocol need not encrypt passwords. © 2010 IEEE. Source

OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of judgment of the lifting-thrusting acupuncture manipulation by using "quality control figure" measurement, so as to provide a possible reference for demonstration in acupuncture teaching and scientific research. METHODS: A total of 13 high-professional title acupuncturists and teachers and 100 college students participated in the present study. The so-called "quality control figures" of lifting-thrusting acupuncture skill were established by collecting operation data from 13 acupuncturists and teachers with an "Acupuncture Manipulation Parameter Detector System". A total of 100 college students who have learnt acupuncture and massage learnings were asked to perform the same acupuncture manipulation after training, followed by giving a mark with conventional manipulation method and "quality control figure" method (scores), respectively. In addition, the correlation between these two scoring methods was analyzed. RESULTS: The average score of conventional scoring of lifting-thrusting manipulation was (81.03 +/- 18.40) points and that of "quality control figure" scoring was (80.60 +/- 7.48) points in those college students after training. No significant difference was found between these two scoring methods (P > 0.05). But a positive correlation was found between them (r = 0.6943, P < 0.01), suggesting a positive feasibility for judging the lifting-thrusting acupuncture manipulation with "quality control figure" measurement. CONCLUSION: A positive correlation exists between the conventional scoring and "quality control figure" scoring for lifting-thrusting acupuncture manipulation, suggesting a feasibility in judging this acupuncture manipulation with "quality control figure" measurement.
