Hot compression of AZ61 magnesium alloy was conducted on the Gleeble-1500 hot-simulator at 250 ~ 400°C and 0.001 ~ 10 s-1, and the deformation behavior and processing map of the AZ61 alloy were investigated. The results show that ZA61 alloy deformed at strain rate of 10 s-1 exhibits higher power dissipation, and dynamic recrystallizaton (DRX) occurs extensively both at the grain boundaries and twins, consequently resulting in a more homogeneous DRX grains. Therefore, the optimized processing parameters of AZ61 alloy are the temperature range of 250 ~ 400°C and strain rate of 10 s-1.

On the basis of calculation, kinematics analysis and simulation were carried out on a hydraulic manipulator by using the positive solution of manipulator's position. Adding appropriate amount of La2O3 and their preparation cladding material, Ni-based WC ceramic coating were prepared by laser cladding on the surface of the aluminum alloy ZL108. Analyzing the microstructure and EDS, measuring the micro-hardness, checking the dry friction and wear properties of the cladding. The results show that the microstructure of Ni-based WC metal-ceramics coating layer on the aluminum by adding appropriate amount of La2O3 is fine and compact and no cracks, Metallurgical bonding is firmly between WC particles and the matrix. Micro cutting and adhesive wear are the main wear mode under room temperature, dry friction and wear properties of Ni-based WC ceramic coating on the aluminum are excellent.

In order to study the influence of the addition of nano-CeO2 powders on high temperature thermal shock resistance of Ni-based alloy coating by laser cladding. Ni-based alloy coating was prepared on GH4037 alloy by using NiCoCrAlY alloy powder, and the high temperature thermal shock resistance for the laser cladding coating was tested at 1070℃. The results show that the surface oxide film of the cladding coating with adding amount of nano-CeO2 powders is extended from a large area into a small unit peeling after high thermal shock cycles at 1070℃ for 10 times. After high thermal shock cycles for 100 times, internal oxidation of the coating is effectively suppressed, and the crack quantity and size along cross-section of the coating are less than that of coating without adding nano-powders, and internal cracks are not apparent and the high temperature thermal shock resistance of the laser cladding with nano-CeO2 powders is significantly improved.

On the basis of theoretical analysis, the influence on the radon concentration of radon chamber by the experiment of filling the radon chamber with aerosol, and the absorption of radon daughter on aerosol under the condition of different radon concentration and aerosol concentration was described. The results of experiment showed that: Aerosol did not affect the stability of the radon concentration of the radon chamber, but different aerosol concentration will change the combination state of radon daughter, thus it will affect the diffusion coefficient of radon daughter, so it will affect the results of the measure of the gross measuring instrument.

Linear motor direct drive with the advantages of simple structure, fast dynamic response, high precision, high speed, big acceleration, small noise and vibration, is the ideal transmission for all kinds of ultra-high speed and precision machine tool.
