With the rapid development of aviation electronics technology and mature applications of computer technology, high-end computer products combined with digital electronic technology and virtual instrument technology have become a major characteristic research direction in the field of aerospace. An airborne computer is the core equipment in the avionics system that provides a hardware platform for data processing and transmission and interface software and application software for subsystems. Test systems can automatically collect, analyze data and generate test reports, which can reduce the workload of testers and improve test speed and accuracy. In order to improve integration testing performance of airborne computers and improve the portability of test equipment, a test system for airborne computers based on PCI data acquisition cards and virtual instruments is developed. According to the test functions of an airborne computer testing system, hardware configuration of the testing system is analyzed and given to test the reliability of the system. An actual testing analysis shows that the system has low failure rates, more than 2000 mean time between failures and pretty high reliability. Source

In order to achieve the goal of online condition monitoring of high voltage insulator, its power supply of high voltage insulator parameters online monitoring system is one of the key problems, and it requires that the power has the characteristics of long-term free maintenance, high reliability and stability. This paper designs photovoltaic power supply of battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage, and puts forwards energy management strategy according to the characteristics of the load and energy storage system. Photovoltaic power generation system adopts one-way DC/DC converter for maximum power control and bi-directional DC/DC converter to achieve super capacitor and battery's energy bi-directional exchange with the system. The results show that the control strategy can maintain stability of the DC bus voltage when the output power of photovoltaic battery fluctuates, and can effectively reduce the cycle times of charge and discharge of the battery, optimize charge and discharge performance, prolong the service life, and ensure maximum uninterrupted power supply. ©, 2015, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute. Data mining is a new data analysis technology, playing an increasingly important role in many industries. Taking it into the food safety inspection data analysis can make food safety testing data analysis and early warning more intelligent and precise. In this study, a data mining subsystem of the CQS platform is detailed designed. A mining database is made from the data published by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. It is not ensured for traditional proportional integral differential (PID) controller to trace non-steady-state error of periodical signals. According to the feature that the reference signal of filtering system is such a periodical signal that is superposed by multi harmonics with different frequencies, a novel iterative learning control algorithm for PID controller is proposed and a set of fuzzy rules is established; on this basis the on-line correction of proportional coefficient, integral coefficient and differential coefficient of PID controller can be carried out by fuzzy reasoning to realize astatic control of PID control system. To speed up response speed of the control system, by means of integrating iterative learning control of PID controller with slide-mode variable structure control, a complex variable structure control method, which possesses the advantages such as high response speed, high control accuracy and easy to implement, is put forward. Results of simulation and experiments show that the complex variable structure control method is feasible and effective and it is better than traditional PID control. Source
