This paper proposes a novel hybrid wavelet-energy operator method for accurate voltage sag detection and measurement. In the proposed method, the voltage sag is decomposed into two signal parts by wavelet transform: one is a detail signal, the other is an approximation signal. And in the detail signal, the start time and the end time of the sag signal can be detected. By applying an energy operator to the approximation signal, the temporary sag decline in value can be measured accurately and quickly. At the same time, the wavelet transform (WT) in this method acts like a filter. WT can weaken or remove the high frequency disturbance from voltage sag to enhance the noise immunity and accuracy of the energy operator. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

It is one of the most important methods for agriculture automatization in Greenhouse's measurement and control. Wireless Autoregulation system for greenhouse's temperature and humidity based on ZigBee technology was very satisfied with the request of low power consumption, low-cost and scale expanding afterward. We select the transceiver CC2430 as key chip set and designed the hardware interface between CC2430 and MCU Atmega128 and descript software flow for communication, presenting a scheme of wireless sensor network node based on CC2430 chip set, realized the real selfcontrol, it can Monitor every greenhouse's temperature,humidity and control and regulate Sprinkler valve, Experiment proves the design system can remotely and automatically monitor areas online, it has the economical, effective, real-time, convenient character and low energy consumption,which have a important meaning in promoting the Greenhouse to advance. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

The performance of improved glowworm swarm optimization (GSO) algorithm and its application in coverage optimization of WSNs are analyzed in this paper. The global convergence analysis of basic GSO is made. In order to improve the GSO convergence efficiency, an improved GSO (IGSO) is presented, and it is proved to be guaranteed to the global optimization with probability one. Further, a new coverage optimization algorithm for WSNS, based on IGSO, is presented according to the analysis of GSO. A model of coverage optimization in WSNS is built up by taking node uniformity and network coverage rate as the criterion, and the relationship between node redundancy and network coverage rate and the node dormancy strategy are presented. Then the deployment of nodes is divided into different stages, and the IGSO is used to solve the model in each stage. Through testing classical test functions and optimizing the problems of coverage in WSNS, the simulation results show that the IGSO achieves more reasonable results and can effectively provide the optimal solution of network coverage. © 2014.
