Due to the deficiency of interoperability between e-government systems, currently it becomes very difficult to achieve jointly administrative examination and approval. The network topology of e-government system and business processing model of e-government system were analyzed. By introducing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and service-oriented workflow technology, a service-oriented e-government support platform (SoGoSP) was proposed, which is able to effectively integrate applications and data from various business systems deployed in e-government external networks and egovernment internal networks. The realization mechanism of joint administrative examination and approval was introduced. Application case shows that SoGoSP can provide new idea for research on service-oriented e-government support platform. © 2010 IEEE.

With the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in China, all kinds of contradiction between social development and the environment appears and outbreak frequency of all kinds of environmental emergency has increased dramatically. Through investigation and case analysis in the field of water pollution public safety event, event early warning index system is put forward, which carries out deep investigation in the early warning information generation, system integration and structure design of management system and puts forward the operational early warning index system. As a newly proposed theory, compressive sensing (CS) is commonly used in signal processing area. This paper investigates the applications of compressed sensing (CS) in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). First, the development and research status of compressed sensing technology and wireless sensor networks are described, then a detailed investigation of WSNs research based on CS are conducted from aspects of data fusion, signal acquisition, signal routing transmission, and signal reconstruction. At the end of the paper, we conclude our survey and point out the possible future research directions. © 2014 IFSA Publishing, S. L.

Digital fingerprinting is developed as an emerging technology for combating digital copyright piracy, where a unique identification information called fingerprint is embedded into each distributed copy. The uniqueness of each fingerprinted copy poses new challenges to the distribution of the fingerprinted copies and hence, the bandwidth efficient distribution of the uniquely fingerprinted copies is crucial. This paper proposes an anti-collusion digital fingerprinting scheme for multimedia, which is efficient from a bandwidth usage point of view. To address the collusion attack problem, we use cover-free family based anti-collusion code to represent fingerprints. To improve the distribution efficiency, multicast that is an efficient transport mechanism for one-to-many communication is exploited. © 2011 Praise Worthy Prize S.r.l.-All rights reserved.

In order to prevent images from unauthorized access and distribution, the images should be encrypted before transmitting to different customers. The traditional encryption algorithms such as RSA, DES and AES are not suitable for encrypting images due to their high computational complexity. To this end, this paper proposes a new image encryption algorithm that has a lower computational complexity. Compared to those traditional encryption algorithms, the proposed scheme can be considered as a lightweight encryption algorithm. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

Garey and Johxon have proved that the problem to determine the crossing number of graphs is NP-complete. Because of its difficulty, presently we only know the crossing number of some classes of special graphs. The crossing number of cartesian products of paths and cycles with 5-vertex graphs mostly are known, but only few cartesian products of 5-vertex graphs with star K 1,n are known. In this paper, we extent those results,and determine the crossing numbers of cartesian products of two 5-vertex graphs with star K 1,n. ©2010 IEEE.

In order to find the factors influencing college student's CM, through a questionnaire survey of 423 university students in Hunan International Economics University, the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0. The results show that the personal attitudes of university students, parents' guidance, the influence of friends and school education, and college students CM behaviors are significantly positively correlated. It has a strong practical guiding significance for college students to further improve the CM. © 2014 WIT Press.

A moving target detection method is proposed based on the background image set and sparse representation in this stduy. The method combined the Robust Principal Component Analysis (RPCA) and the image block analysis method based on sparse representation. The authors got a series of background images from a video sequence by RPCA and combined these background images as the background image set, treating image block as basic unit and moving target was extracted from input frame by image block analysis method based on sparse representation. The simulation results indicate that when the background illumination mutates, the proposed method can effectively eliminate the impact of environment noise and reduce the false detection rate of target detection. © 2016 Academic Journals Inc.

Traditional flicker detection method to accurately extract the amplitude envelope as the premise, the complexity of large amount of computation. This paper presents a new real-time detection of voltage flicker method, analysis method with recursive frequency carrier signal frequency; use of the adjacent three-point sampling data, the frequency carrier signal frequency, sampling frequency voltage flicker waveform obtained by the current envelope size. Of harmonic pollution by noise or flicker between the signals, the low-pass filtering results are not affected. Simulation results show that: The method to directly detect flicker signal, the process is simple, computational load and real time, tracking performance, with a certain anti-noise and inter-harmonic interference suppression capability, suitable for real-time detection of voltage flicker. © 2011 IEEE.
