Quality, schedule, cost, as three main goals of engineering project management, have a relation of unity of opposites. Efficiency of traditional project management pattern is generally not high in the aspect of cost control, process control and quality control. Based on this, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is adopted for project information management. It can build 3D modeling for engineering construction, which can improve the calculation precision of the project cost, realize dynamic whole process management. BIM technology makes project management informationization more comprehensive, more intuitive and more efficient, thus greatly improving the intelligence and informationization of management project. © 2016 IEEE.

In recent years, the smart city construction gradually becomes a major strategic move in cities at home and abroad, in order to solve a series of problems such as population energy and environment in city development. The smart city is a systematic project, of which the smart city construction assessment is the most important part. It has been few academical research studies with the smart city level evaluation now days. A case study of 'the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan City Clusters' has been covered in this paper and TOPSIS based on coefficient of entropy method has been employed in this case to assess the smart construction from several aspects: infrastructure, economic level, technology and innovation, livelihood, security, focusing on contribute to the smart city construction in order to provide a set of feasible evaluation system and help for the smart city construction. © 2016 IEEE.

Key link and main influencing factors of the command capability of logistics command organs are analyzed. Using the theory of information compress, the evaluating index system of logistics command are established and optimized. The neural network is optimized by genetic algorithm, By using Genetic BP neutral network, After evaluating the performance of the six logistics companies using the BP neural network, the genetic BP neural network algorithm, compared with traditional BP algorithm, has made a more accurate prediction about testing samples. © 2016 IEEE.

Digital Rights Management (DRM) is an interdisciplinary and challenging research topic in recent years. VOD system becomes more and more popular due to its flexibility and convenience, but its program is prone to be copied and diffused illegally. Through researching on the VOD system and DRM technology, this paper incorporates and implements a scalable DRM system model in VOD, this model can expand DRM easily, and has good effect.

The conformal invariance and conserved quantity of Mei symmetry for a higher-order nonholonomic mechanical system are presented. Introducing an infinitesimal transformation group and infinitesimal generator vector, the definition of conformal invariance of Mei symmetry and the determining equation for the holonomic system which corresponds to a higher-order nonholonomic system are provided, and the relationship between Mei symmetry and conformal invariance of the system is discussed. The basis of restriction equations and additional restriction equations, the conformal invariance of weak and strong Mei symmetry for the higher-order nonholonomic mechanical system is constructed.With the aid of a structure equation that the gauge function satisfies, the system's corresponding conserved quantity is derived. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the method and its result. © Springer-Verlag 2011.

A dendrimer nanostar is a tree-like highly branched polymer molecule. Dendrimer nanostars are synthesized from monomers with new branches added in discrete steps to form a tree-like architecture. They have some proven applications, and numerous potential applications. Let G is a connected graph with vertex set V and edge set E, the Hosoya index of a graph is defined as the total number of its matchings. We obtain exact formulas for calculating the Hosoya index of dendrimer nanostars. Copyright © 2011 American Scientific Publishers.

In this paper, we study the problem of positive almost periodic solutions for the generalized Nicholson's blowflies model with a linear harvesting term and multiple time-varying delays. By applying the fixed point theorem and the Lyapunov functional method, we establish some criteria to ensure that the solutions of this model converge locally exponentially to a positive almost periodic solution. Moreover, we give an example to illustrate our main results. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

The Harary index is defined as the sum of reciprocal distances between all pairs of vertices in a nontrivial connected graph. All established results on Harary index mainly deal with bounds and extremal properties of Harary index. In this paper, we give a new sufficient condition, in terms of Harary index, for a connected bipartite graph to be Hamiltonian.

This paper applies Voronoi diagram into the localization of the wireless sensor network and proposes VBLS (Voronoi diagrams based localization scheme). This algorithm first sorts the received signal strength indicator (RSSI) from the anchor nodes by the order from high to low, computes Voronoi area of each anchor node by using UDG diagram and finally outputs the centroid of the intersection sets of all Voronoi as the localization results. The simulation results of the VBLS are compared with them of the range-free W-Centroid and Centroid. The simulation results indicate that if the anchor nodes are randomly placed, the localization error of VBLS is 18% and 13% lower than it of the Centroid and W-Centroid algorithm respectively; if the anchor nodes are placed uniformly, the localization error of VBLS is 7% lower than it of Centroid algorithm and is 2% higher than it of W-Centroid.

Porous Ti35Nb alloy with a porosity of 66 was made by a powder metallurgical method, and then it was treated by a standard treatment for activating the surface of Ti implant materials involving alkali and heat treatment. The alkali and heat treatment causes damages of the struts of the porous Ti35Nb in the form of reaction products layer, grain-pullout and cracks. Consequently, it leads to a significant degradation of the strength of the porous alloy. The effect of the alkali and heat treatment on the strength of the porous alloy was discussed. © 2011 The Nonferrous Metals Society of China.
