In order to guarantee the smooth progress of the work in power plant, the production equipment and tools should be real-time monitored. The traditional artificial and statistical management methods have been unable to adapt to the present needs, therefore this paper presents a new distributed intelligent monitoring system based on the technology of intelligent terminal equipment and Ethernet communication. The system could realize real-time functions, such as the monitoring of equipment and tools, data statistics, system control and system alarm. Wherein, the communication between the different monitoring modules is completed used RS485 bus, and the communication between the monitoring module and control module is completed through Ethernet. Experimental results show that the system could run stably and real-time monitor the dynamic changes in power plant, and has good application prospect. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

A method for simultaneous determination of major micro elements (Ti, Al, Sc, Fe, Ca, Mg) in titanium oxide waste acid extraction phase by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established. The most kerosene as solvent in the sample was volatilized by low-temperature heating.The left organic phase was digested with HNO3 and H2SO4 mixture at low temperature to decompose completely, then HNO3 was removed by smoking of sulfur trioxide. After cooling, Ti, Al, Sc, Fe, Ca, Mg in the sample solution were determined by ICP-AES with indium as internal elements under selected operating conditions of instrument. There was basically no interference between coexisting elements. The detection limits(μg/mL)were 0.001 for Ti, 0.016 for Al, 0.004 for Fe, 0.015 for Ca, 0.002 for Sc and 0.005 for Mg. The proposed method has been applied to determine the above six elements in titanium oxide waste acid extraction phase, with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.35%-0.76% and standard addition recovery of 97%-102%. ©, 2015, Central Iron and Steel Research Institute. The higher equipment reliability can not only ensure the device running continuously, reduce all kinds of consumption, but reduce the accidents occurring because of the equipment defect. In this paper, an optimization strategy for ensuring the reliability of large automatic equipments using the lowest maintenance cost to improve the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises was put forward. Several maintenance strategies are proposed, in which the reliability of large automatic equipment and the maintenance and repair cost are considerate overall. Reliability maintenance strategies of automatic equipment in the petrochemical industry are research detailed. And strategies of reliable maintenance and the implementation of reliable maintenance are studied. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

PVC is one of the five biggest common plastic in the global scope, the demand for PVC resin in third place, its position is very important. This article firstly studied PVC industry development present situation and prospect of all kinds of PVC industrial properties. And then we study the process flow of polymerization kettle reaction, we point out that abnormal phenomenon of the judgment and coping measures, there are five aspects. The most important part, we study the polymerization kettle reaction intelligent control, main have batch control and adaptive control temperature, the reaction of polymerization kettle has the important meaning. Polymerization kettle temperature control is the reaction of the most important control parameters, therefore, this paper polymerization kettle reaction temperature control is optimized, and then put forward now is more extensive use of the industrial control system and the reaction kettle. At the same time it reaches a polymerization kettle of reaction control related engineering application.

Professor Smith designed the famous Smith predictor in 1957 to solve the delay problem of systems. Now lots of institutes and engineers engaged in the research of Smith predictor, as it has become one of the most important solutions to control delay in large delay system, by adding smith predictor in the feedback loop of controlled process in large time-delay system, delay factors would be "separated" from other factors in delivery functions. In this paper we made some discussion about Smith predictor, put more emphasis on the formulation of the method, also a comparison between Smith predictor and Dahlin (another important solution to control delay, created by Eric Dahlin in 1968) is given. Based on the form discussion this paper also try to proposed a kind of modified Smith predictor, developed the details of relative formulation.
