As an innovative method of Environment Management Accounting (EMA), a model of Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) is widely used in the field of cost calculation in the manufacturing process industry, and it has obtained a level of achievement in recent years. Based on the existing literature in the field, this report argues that the application of the current MFCA model in the process industry has defects, such as content restrictions, a single accounting index, simple methodology and one-sided conclusions, among others. This paper combines the current MFCA model with the “3R” principle of a circular economy (CE), and the industry characteristics of high consumption and pollution. The research focuses on the iron and steel industry as a representative of a process manufacturing industry and forms a modified MFCA model for an iron and steel enterprise according to the perspective of CE. The modifications we make to the model occur in the fields of model content, the accounting index, the methodology of application and the extension of functionality. Finally, through a specific case study, this report verifies the comprehensive utility of the proposed modified model. In general, the modified MFCA may, to a certain extent, be considered innovative in its approach to information and data connections, extension of methods and procedures, modes of disclosing information, construction of evaluation analysis and management of circular decision-making. Each of these elements is conducive to realizing a triple win situation for the conservation of resources/energy, providing an economic value-add, reducing the environmental load and enhancing the sustainable development of a resource-constrained process industry. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

In this paper, the new detection algorithm of scene detection based on mutual information has been presented. Our approach first detect shot boundary using mutual information. Then key frames are selected from different shots. To cluster similar shots into groups, we present a novel clustering method based on mutual information. Experiments on test video indicate that the proposed scene detection method accurately detects most of the scene boundaries while preserving a good tradeoff between recall and precision. © (2010) Trans Tech Publications.

Analysis of Linan polder dike engineering shows that situation of the Linan dike project is not optimistic. Dike engineering risk analysis is of great significance for flood control planning enactment, dike construction and strengthening, and flood control and wrecking. Thus an analysis model of comprehensive risk, including overtopping risk, slope instability risk and seepage risk, was established, and was used calculate the comprehensive risk of a typical example of the Liujiahe to Gangkouhe section of Linan polder. Results show that the overtopping risk rate is 5. 41%, seepage risk rate is 2. 086%, and slope instability risk rate is 0. 338%. Therefore, the comprehensive risk rate of the section is 7. 834%.

The deepness credibility reasoning and evolution process was used for SP and SC in cloud computing environment for cross-organizational collaboration as the research object, and by the QoS evaluation and effective correction method which are mainly based on direct interactive trust relationship among service entities, taking the public credibility of the feedback system as a supplement, a strategy of service combination based on deepness trust reasoning supporting complex cross-organizational collaboration was established. The method used probability density function to represent the credibility of entities based on probability theory and the computing by studying reasoning and merging method in service indirect trust relationship and QoS correction strategy based on probability density, service combination algorithm based on deepness trust reason was devised. The results show that the method can effectively evaluate the credibility of service participants, and enhance the qualities of service combination in complex cross-organizational collaboration.

Encryption technology has become an important mechanism of securing data stored in the outsourced database. However, it is a difficulty to query efficiently the encrypted data and many researchers take it into consideration. To solve the problem, an encrypted schema, based on the Postgresql DBMS, is proposed Through the security dictionary and the extended SQL, the approach implements the encrypted storage and efficiently query over the encrypted data in the outsourced databases. Results of experiments validate the efficiency and feasibility of our approach. ©2010 IEEE.

Taking into account the linear loss of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguide, modulation instability (MI) induced by combined effects of self-phase modulation and waveguide dispersions is investigated. The impacts of various parameters to gain spectra of MI are analyzed theoretically, and direct numerical simulation of nonlinear Schroedinger equation is performed as well. Results show that strong MI takes place even in the existence of low light power. The linear loss of waveguide obviously impacts gain spectra of MI, even within ultra-short propagation distance. The peak gain frequency and bandwidth of gain spectra decrease to 41.683% and 41.6879% of their maximum at propagation distance z = 5 mm, respectively. © 2010 Published by Elsevier GmbH. In data processing of the supermarket, people often use the Apriori algorithm to analyze the customer "shopping basket"; Due to the large computation, Apriori algorithm has controlled the number of frequent item sets by using the minimum supporting threshold and pruning techniques, but meaningless frequent item sets still possiblely exist. Divide goods into several broad categories and set up the weighted value of categories; Then, calculate the weighted support and confidence, and do pruning and selection according to the minimum weighted support and confidence threshold to get access to the new frequent item sets and association rules and improve the efficiency of the algorithm. ©2010 IEEE.

Fast evaluation of oscillatory integrals is an issue attracts much attention in many fields. In this paper, we are interested in the calculation of canonical oscillatory integrals, and the irregular oscillatory integrals are transformed into canonical ones with respect to the presences of stationary phase points or not. An improved-Levin method is proposed to calculated the canonical oscillatory integral, where the eigen-decomposition is employed to solve the target system of linear equation, and a much higher efficiency is yielded in comparison with the direct solution methods such as the Gaussian elimination. © 2012 NSP Natural Sciences Publishing Cor.

Analyze the influential factors of knowledge transfer capacity between enterprises in green supply chain. Taking into account the small linear loss of silicon-on-insulator(SOI) waveguide, conditions and gain spectra of modulation instability(MI) induced by combined effects of self-phase modulation and waveguide dispersions are investigated. The impacts of various parameters to gain spectra of MI are analyzed theoretically. Results show that strong MI takes place even in the existence of low light power. The MI peak gain is 2 to 3 orders of magnitude larger than that achieved in optical fibers with the same light power. The linear loss of waveguide impacts gain spectra of MI, even within ultra-short propagation distance. The peak gain, peak gain frequency and bandwidth of gain spectra decrease to 66.828%, 41.683% and 41.6879% of their maxima at propagation distance z = 5mm, respectively. © 2011 IACS.
