The invention relates to a grid bar for a screen grid (2) of a screen (3) comprising a multiple number of grid bars (1) arranged next to each other and spaced apart from each other, which serves the purpose of separating screening material from a flowing liquid, such as wastewater (5) flowing in a sewer channel (4). In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the grid bar (1) consists, at least partially, of a plastic reinforced with fibers (6), whereas at least a part of the fibers (6) extend in a longitudinal direction of the grid bar (1). In addition, a screen (3) with a corresponding screen grid (2) is proposed.

The invention refers to a filter device for filtering sewage, wherein the filter device has a drum (16) pivoted around a rotation axis (1), wherein the filter device has numerous filter disks (2) running parallel to one another, attached to the drum (16) and that can be made to rotate together with it with the help of a driving device (3), whereby the filter disks (2) have, in each case, filter surfaces (4) running parallel to one another that delimit several hollow spaces (5) arranged in circumferential direction of the respective filter disk (2) and preferably in fluid connection to one another, in which case the hollow spaces (5) are in fluid connection with the drum (6) through one or several inlet openings (6), so that the liquid to be filtered can flow out to the exterior, starting from the interior of the drum (16) through the inlet openings (6) into the hollow spaces (5) and the filtrate can flow from there to the exterior via the filter surfaces (4). According to the invention, it is recommended that the filter surfaces (4) are formed at least partially by a filter material (22) that comprises a supporting layer and numerous individual fibers attached to the supporting layer, and that the filter device has at least one high-pressure cleaning nozzle (7) movable in the direction of the rotation axis (1) used to spray the outer surfaces (13) of the filter disks (2) facing away from the respective hollow spaces (5) with a liquid in order to clean the filter material (22) in reverse flow.


A device for removing impurities from a liquid, preferably sewage, includes a pivoted filtering drum having a filtering surface, equipped with a drum drive operatively connected to the filtering drum to turn the filtering drum around a rotating axis. A cleaning system cleans the filtering surface and has a guide and a spray nozzle arrangement movable back and forth along the guide. Cleaning liquid can be sprayed on the filter surface. The spray nozzle arrangement may include at least one carrier movable back and forth along the guide and at least one spray nozzle mounted on the carrier so that it can be moved around an axis. A related method for cleaning a corresponding device is disclosed.


A device for separating and removing material to be sieved from flowing liquid includes a screen forming a sieve surface and fixed to a frame with grate bars arranged beside one another and separated from each other. At least one cleaning rake with numerous cleaning prongs can be in a conveying direction along the screen via a drive. When the cleaning prongs pass the screen, they engage at least in sections between adjacent grate bars to remove the material to be sieved and held back by the screen, thereby conveying it towards a discharge. The cleaning prongs may be configured to be movable laterally back and forth with regard to the conveying direction and with regard to the screen.

The invention relates to an elongated scraper profile (1), preferably for a dewatering device (2) that serves the purpose of dewatering sludge (3), whereas the scraper profile (1) features a lip section (4) extending in the direction of the longitudinal extension (L) of the scraper profile (1), which, for example in a state installed in the dewatering device (2), serves the purpose of scraping sludge components from a screen surface (5), and whereas the scraper profile (1) features a fastening section (6) extending in the direction of the specified longitudinal extension (L), which serves the purpose of fixing the scraper profile (1) with the assistance of a retainer assembly (7). In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the scraper profile (1) also features an intermediate section (8) connecting the lip section (4) and the fastening section (6), whereas the intermediate section (8) is flexibly formed in a direction running perpendicular to the longitudinal extension (L), such that the lip section (4) is moveable in the direction of the fastening section (6). A method for drying moist material includes supplying the moist material to a feeding unit of a drying plant through a supply pipe; depositing the moist material on a drying surface, while, based on a parameter that depends on the water content of the moist material passing by a sensor at least one of the supply pipe and the feeding unit, continuously regulating a quantity of the moist material being deposited on the drying surface per unit of time; and drying the moist material on the drying surface. A related drying plant dries moist material using a sensor for sensing a parameter of the moist material supplied and varying a quantity of the moist material being deposited on the drying surface per unit of time.


This invention refers to a device for separating and removing sieved material from a flowing liquid such as sewage, in which case the device has a sieve grate (1) with a sieve surface with a front side (2) pointing upstream while the device is operating, in which case the device has a supplementary grate (3) in a lower area of the sieve grate (1) placed upstream before the sieve grate (1), in which case the device has a drive (24) and a cleaning rake (4) that can be driven to revolve in a conveying direction with the help of the drive (24), in which case the operating cleaning rake (4) is moveable along at least one partial section of the front side (2) of the sieve grate (1) in order to remove the held-back sieved material and transport it towards a discharge opening (5) and wherein the cleaning rake (4) can be moved along a back side (6) of the supplementary grate (3) pointing downstream while it is moving in order to remove sieved material held back by the supplementary grate (3) and transport it towards a discharge opening (5). A device for separating and removing sieve material from a flowing liquid includes a sieve grate that forms a sieve surface and is fixed to a frame. The sieve grate has several grate bars arranged beside one another and with at least some sections separated from one another by spaces. At least one cleaning rake has numerous cleaning prongs, the cleaning rake being movable along the front side of the sieve grate using a drive in such a way that at least sections of the cleaning prongs engage in the above-mentioned spaces when passing the sieve grate to remove sieve material held back by the sieve grate and convey it toward a device discharge. The cleaning rake has cleaning prongs that engage with variable depth into the above-mentioned spaces of the sieve grate.


The present invention refers to a sieve device for separating and removing impurities (1) from sewage (2) with at least two endless drive elements running parallel to one another that can be driven with the help of a drive (3) in conveying direction (F), wherein the drive elements (4) are guided in each case over a lower redirecting area (5) and an upper redirecting area (6) along an orbit, wherein multiple sieve elements (8) extend, arranged adjacently to one another between the drive elements (4), and connected to the drive elements (4), wherein at least most of the sieve elements (8) have in each case a sieve surface (9) curved outward in a side view of the sieve device and wherein the sieve device, downstream from the upper redirecting area (6) in conveying direction (F), has a cleaning device (10) that the sieve elements (8) can pass through while they move along the orbit mentioned above in order to remove the impurities (1) held back by the sieve elements (8) of the sieve surfaces (9). According to the invention, it is suggested that the drive elements (4) and/or the sieve elements (8) are guided in each case along a guiding track (12) in the area of the cleaning device (10) with the help of guiding elements (11), in which case, in the side view mentioned above, the guiding track (12) has a section curved outward 13 (i.e. towards the cleaning device (10)) in the area of the cleaning device (10).


The invention refers to a sieve drum for an installation to remove material to be sieved from a liquid, especially sewage (1), in which case the sieve drum (4) has an opening (6) at least in a front side area (5), through which can be refilled with a liquid that also carries the material to be sieved. According to the invention, is suggested that the sieve drum (4) should comprise a folded sieve wall (9) with many openings (6), in which case the sieve drum (4) has a support structure that fixes the sieve wall (9) exclusively in a clamping way. In addition, an installation to remove material to be sieved from a liquid, especially sewage (1), with a corresponding sieve drum is described.
