Hubei Institute of Fine Arts is an art college in the People's Republic of China . It is regarded as one of the best and most selective academies of fine arts in China. Its history dates back to 1920, making it the first private art school in modern China. As one of the three oldest art colleges, it is also one of the cradles of higher education of fine arts in modern China. — From September 19 until November 19, 2016, the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing unveiled an art exhibition with works from the world renowned Chinese artist, Zeng Fanzhi showcasing nearly 60 key feature works from his 30 year career in the Chinese contemporary art scene. The art exhibition entitled “Zeng Fanzhi: Parcours” took place in the Great Hall at UCCA with a special addition of a room dedicated to the artist’s recent works on paper never seen before in China. The exhibition was curated by Phil Tinari and designed by Tado Ando. The exhibition represented a timeline of his creative exploration throughout his career with artwork loaned from collections around the world and was his largest and most comprehensive exhibition to date. It was visited by nearly 245,000 people. This Paper mainly studies the application of the BP neural network in the research of speech recognition. BP neural network can get higher identification precision, but its training speed is very low. a new recognizing algorithm based on BP algorithm by combining with the good effect method in ANN which named genetic algorithm(GA) was proposed and used to improve the BP neural network. Experiment results show that the training speed can be accelerated by the method and the recognition performance is also promoted. Speech Recognition (SR) means enabling a machine to understand the words of a people, namely in all cases, to accurately identify the content of speech, and execute various intentions of the people according to its information [1]. Neural network is the main development trend of modern speech recognition technology, since the beginning of the 1990s; neural network has become an important way of speech recognition. BP neural network is the core part of the feed-forward neural network in the neural network, the learning process of the BP algorithm is composed of the forward propagation of signals and the back propagation of errors. However, BP algorithm is a gradient descent algorithm, gradient descent faces the multiple extremum problems, and BP network is easy to fall into local minimum or oscillation due to slow learning and training speed. Accordingly, the selection of parameters is very important. To overcome the shortcomings of standard BP algorithm, this paper studies to combine BP algorithm with the more effective method in artificial intelligence - Genetic (GA) algorithm to train the network for speech recognition. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Factors affecting students' English learning performances are always debated among language researchers. This research is carried out in art colleges to figure out the students' preferences in learning styles and learning strategies as well as the relationship between them. Questionnaires have been applied and data have been dealt with by SPSS. Hubei Institute of Fine Arts has been analyzing, sorting and studying the exhibition lighting and illumination design curriculum since the establishment of exhibition design major. In the historical background of economic globalization and cultural diversity, the communication between China and Western-developed countries is becoming more and more frequent. At present, the gift etiquette, the dining etiquette, the dress etiquette, and the call etiquette have become signs of fashion in family, politics, or commercial activities. Furthermore, the four etiquettes, as most important communication modes, play important roles in whether cross-cultural communication is successful or not. Therefore, the topic is chosen from the perspective of four main etiquettes between China and Western countries, definitions of four etiquettes in China and Western countries, and differences between Chinese and Western etiquettes and reasons, resulting in the differences that are compared and analyzed profoundly. LPCC and MFCC are methods of extracting voice characteristic, and they are based on pronunciation models and human auditory characteristics. In this paper, both of the two characteristics are used, LPCC and the First Order Differential are used to describe the dynamic changes of speaker channels; MFCC and the First Order Differential are used to describe the audible frequency characteristics of human ears, and the characteristics of input voice are extracted by using Speech Processing Toolbox in MATLAB, and VQ and HMM are combined to applying to speaker recognition, and the experiment result showed that the performance of the speak recognition is obviously improved. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to overcome the defects and limitations of the application of HMM in voice recognition, neural network is introduced into voice recognition. Also the model theory of the neural network and its characteristics are also considered in the paper's study which mainly focuses on the application of neural network in voice recognition.
