Different from the existing TSK fuzzy system modeling methods, a novel zero-order TSK fuzzy modeling method called Bayesian zero-order TSK fuzzy system (B-ZTSK-FS) is proposed from the perspective of Bayesian inference in this paper. The proposed method B-ZTSK-FS constructs zero-order TSK fuzzy system by using the maximum a posteriori (MAP) framework to maximize the corresponding posteriori probability. First, a joint likelihood model about zero-order TSK fuzzy system is defined to derive a new objective function which can assure that both antecedents and consequents of fuzzy rules rather than only their antecedents of the most existing TSK fuzzy systems become interpretable. The defined likelihood model is composed of three aspects: clustering on the training set for antecedents of fuzzy rules, the least squares (LS) error for consequent parameters of fuzzy rules, and a Dirichlet prior distribution for fuzzy cluster memberships which is considered to not only automatically match the “sum-to-one” constraints on fuzzy cluster memberships, but also make the proposed method B-ZTSK-FS scalable for large-scale datasets by appropriately setting the Dirichlet index. This likelihood model indeed indicates that antecedent and consequent parameters of fuzzy rules can be linguistically interpreted and simultaneously optimized by the proposed method B-ZTSK-FS which is based on the MAP framework with the iterative sampling algorithm, which in fact implies that fuzziness and probability can co-jointly work for TSK fuzzy system modeling in a collaborative rather than repulsive way. Finally, experimental results on 28 synthetic and real-world datasets are reported to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method B-ZTSK-FS in the sense of approximation accuracy, interpretability and scalability. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

An innovative industrial cluster's knowledge conduction is a duplicate dynamic game process, the traditional static game model is no longer applicable to the analysis of the motives of innovative industrial clusters inter-organizational cooperation. In this dynamic repeated game process, cooperative enterprises in each stage of the game will also face two basic strategic choice: cooperative(knowledge transfer) or uncooperative (betrayal, that is no knowledge transfer). In the course of this game, when the risks outweigh the benefits, the power of knowledge source transfer knowledge may not be enough. As an important mechanism to ensure that the contract honest implementation, reputation networks can be overcome the negative attitude of the tissue conduction knowledge to some extent, to promote knowledge sources maintain cooperative relations under the constraints of the reputation network, for knowledge sharing and conduction. It can be said that the reputation network constraints on cluster participants cooperative attitude can be seen as a necessary condition for organizations conduction knowledge in the cluster. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This paper proposed a new kind of perlite mortar modified by rubber powder, polyester fiber and SBR latex. The orthogonal experiment design method was employed to study the mix design of this new kind of perlite mortar. The influence of the major mix design parameters on the working performance, mechanical and thermal properties of the perlite mortar was studied. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction, Optical Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope were employed to study the microstructure and failure mechanism of the perlite mortar. The results indicated that SBR latex/cement ratio had a significant influence on the fluidity and unit dry weight of the perlite mortar. Expanded perlite/cement ratio and rubber powder/cement ratio were the major influence factors on the compressive and flexural strength. Furthermore, the addition of SBR latex and polyester fiber can effectively improve the softening coefficient and frost resistance of the perlite mortar. The compressive strength and thermal conductivity coefficient was nearly linearly proportional to the unit dry weight of the perlite mortar. The internal microscopic matrix of the perlite mortar showed the porous structure and a large amount of unhydrated expanded perlite. SBR latex reinforced the interfacial transition zone between cement hydrates and rubber particles. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd

Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provides a wireless way to detect and recognize objects. By using the RFID reader as a sensor, development of RFID helper object tracking system to track the production situation of a flexible assembly line make tracking application. At the same time, based on the range and without scope of cooperation tracking algorithm, we analysis the system. And in order to achieve the balance of density and cost among the read write device, this paper considers only simple reader and omnidirectional scattering antenna. In order to further improve the production efficiency, we use a particle filter model, in order to further processing tracking result of object, improve tracking precision. We suggest that the tracking system can also predict the operation state of product in assembly production line. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Highway pavement crack image will inevitably be disturbed internally and externally in the process of formation, transmission, receiving and processing, resulting in noise to some extent which deteriorates the image quality seriously, fuzzes up the details and makes image processing difficult. It is difficult to detect cracks effectively and accurately through ideal detecting algorithm. This paper improves the pavement crack image processing algorithm from the angle of grey level transformation, median filter and image intensification according to the characteristics of the pavement crack image. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

With the development of the Internet of things technology and embedded technology, smart Home Furnishing ushered in new opportunities. Aiming at the smart home system wiring trouble, high maintenance costs, poor mobility shortcomings, and this paper presents the design and implementation of smart home remote monitoring system based on ARM chips and ZigBee technology. Design is based on ZigBee technology to build a home network, using S3C6410 as the hardware platform, and porting with the Linux operating system to design a home gateway, using the GSM digital mobile communication system as a family outside the network. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple wiring and good mobility, and can realize the local and remote control of smart home system. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Pavement crack detection plays a vital part in highway maintenance and management. As the direction of crack in image is so complex to recognize, and it always has much noise, gray crack image detection algorithm is the most important and difficult point. To achieve the balance between processing efficiency and complexity, this paper presents a new algorithm. Based on defect image segmentation and image edge detection, results show that the proposed detection method can effectively remove the isolated noise point, smooth the edge and improve the segmentation accuracy. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Supply-Hub is an effective management method to improve supply logistics collaboration in practice nowadays, while theoretical study on its collaboration evaluation was very few. The paper took supply logistics system based on Supply-Hub as research object, built up an evaluation model and applied efficacy coefficient method to evaluate its collaboration. An empirical analysis about a simplified supply chain of an auto enterprise was introduced to measure effectiveness of the model, which testified the credibility and validation of the model that could be applied in comprehensive evaluation. © 2015 IEEE.

Highway tunnel is one part of the road project among highways located in the mountain areas, the mileage proportion covered by tunnels has become larger and larger, and naturally, tunnel has become an important part in highway construction. However, the environmental influence brought about by the tunnel construction deserves more attention. Combined with the particular environment of highway tunnel construction in northwest mountain areas of Hubei, this thesis accordingly puts forward the structure system of environmental organization, and some measures as well as suggestions on environmental protection, and aims at providing reference for environmental work of highway tunnel construction in mountain areas. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
