A Bayesian Belief Network (BBN) is a valuable tool to represent the causal relationships that exist in a given set of variables. This paper presents a methodology for organizational risk analysis for safety management. Learning a BBN from data is a difficult and resource-consuming task, we presents the implementation of a greedy algorithm that automatically constructs a BBN from a dataset of cases obtained. The resulting BBN reflect installation specific factors respect to organizational factors and show the dependencies that exist among key variables that are associated to the trip generation process. © 2011 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

For individual miners with the phenomenon of accident proneness, this study proposes to establish a competency model of miner safety management. On this basis, entropy-weight method is used to determine the weights of competency indexes at all levels, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to score security competency. The computerized solving is realized with the help of Matlab programming. The results show that the entropy-weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the post safety competence of coal mine special operations personnel is feasible. © 2012 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

The continuous pulse shock and vibration can change the occurrence of gas in coal and improve the permeability of the coal seam and enhance the efficiency of gas drainage. Deformed coal containing gas was simulated in the laboratory. With the influence of continuous pulse shock and vibration, the release of gas speed can be improved above 30%. A device which is suit for the underground coal mine and can make the instantaneous vibration energy reach to 60 kJ was designed. The field test was performed through 6 'downward' radial boreholes. The results show that the speed of gas drainage increases about 56% and the effective fall time is about 54 min. ©, 2015, Academia Sinica. All right reserved.

Traveling salesman problem is the NP problem of graph theory. The superior solution for traveling salesman problem is the Hamilton ring that finds out to have minimum power in the graph. The triple-stranded DNA computing model has a low rate of wrong solutions. Because the pool of data generated, there are the double helix structure of DNA chain, and the stability of the double-stranded DNA than single strand of DNA stability. The use of triple-stranded DNA model, can be solved with plans to optimize the combination of some of the NP problem. In this paper we show that triple-stranded DNA structure model can be used for solving the traveling salesman problem. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

Let P(G, λ) be the chromatic polynomial of a graph G A graph G is chromatically unique if for any graph H with P(G, λ) = P(H, λ)implies G≡ H. Lau and Peng [Lau G CPeng Y H. Chromatic uniqueness of certain complete tripartite graphs.Acta Mathematica Sinica, English Series, 2011,27 (5):919-926] brought forward a conjecture that K(n- k, n- v, n) is chromatically unique if k≥v≥2 and n≥ k2/4+υ+l, and showed that K(n-k,n-v, n) is chromatically unique if 2≤υ≤4 and fcs^xiand n≥2≤υ≥4 and k≥υ and n≥k2/4+υ+ 1. By comparing the number of the triangular subgraphs and that of the quadrangular subgraphs without chords, it was shown that K(n-k,n-v,n)is chromatically unique for n>(k+2)2/8 + 3 and k≥ 2υ2/+4 and v≥4.

According to difficult pore-forming when long drilling through mudstone, structural belt and soft seam, studied return airway 11-2 level -910 m Dingji Coal Mine using FLAC3D computer numerical simulation with fact mechanical parameters of rock mass, calculated drilling stress field, displacement filed and change of plastic failure zone, and concluded that secondary stress elastic-plastic distribution map of drilling was consistent with the theoretical calculation. The distribution of secondary stress elastic-plastic was no longer a ring when side pressure coefficient was not equal 1, the roof and floor radial displacement of drilling was two times of two sides. The stress concentration degree of surrounding rock becomes higher, the displacement of drilling increases, the plastic radius of surrounding rock decreases, and the drilling becomes more instable with the increase of side pressure coefficient. When strengthening area of surrounding rock increases, the secondary stress influence scope of drilling reduces, the radius of plastic area decreases, the radial displacement of drilling decreases, and the drilling is easier to be stable. Based on the theory of drilling creating by solidification technology, the gas extraction drilling instability was controlled effectively in deep surrounding-rock with weak structure crossheading 1421(1) Dingji Coal Mine, and verified with case.

The reactive power optimization control of grid voltage is the important measures of lowering the net loss and improving the voltage quality. The paper reviews the situation of voltage reactive power control in our country, putting forward implementation program of AVC system. The system can collect and dispatch the real-time data of automotive nodal voltage, active power and reactive power and so on. The objection is minimum net loss and voltage excursion. After optimization of the system we can form a set of commands about the position of the shunt capacitor and adjust the tap of load and OLTC.These commands can be carried out through dispatching automatic four remote control system.The control system can effectively improve the voltage quality, reduce grid power loss, and make reactive power compensation equipment fully utilized, so have a strong broad application value. © 2013 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

As data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been developed both in theory and application, the calculation of models become more and more important. Although many DEA software tools have been built for the calculation of the DEA models, there are some deficiencies in embedding them into enterprise management information system (MIS). As an extension of this work, an idea was generated in this paper, which could both calculate the DEA and further support the decision making for decision making units (DMUs), i.e., the organizations, in the information environment. This is an attempt to bridge between DEA and MIS. And we could demonstrate this approach for building efficiency evaluation information system. Furthermore, an efficiency evaluation information system of company A, which was built by ourselves, was shown to illustrate our purpose. © 2011 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the mutational characteristics of drug-resistant genetic mutations in the katG gene to isoniazid (INH) in multi-drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR-TB) L-form among patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis (TB), in order to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance in patients, and gain further insight into the mechanisms underlying drug resistance in MDR-TB L-form. A total of 114 clinically isolated strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB)-forms were collected. The MDR-TB L-forms were identified using a conventional antimicrobial susceptibility test (AST). The DNA genomes were extracted, the target genes were ampli- fied by polymerase chain reaction technology and the hotspot mutational regions in the katG gene were analyzed by direct sequencing. The results of AST analysis demonstrated that there were 31 strains of MDR-TB L-forms in 114 clinical isolates. The mutation rate of katG was 61.29% (19/31) in INH-resistant isolates, mainly concentrated in codon 315 (Ser315Thr, 48.39% and Ser315Asn, 9.68%) and 431 (Ala431Val, 3.23%). Base substitutions were identified, however, no multisite mutations were found. No mutations in katG were identified in 10 INH-sensitive strains that were randomly selected. INH-resistance was more severe in MDR-TB L-form isolates among patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with TB. The substitution of highly conserved amino acids encoded by the katG gene resulted in the molecular mechanisms responsible for INH resistance in MDR-TB L-form isolates. It was also verified that the katG gene was in diversiform. The katG Ser315Thr mutation is one of the main causes of resistance to INH in MDR-TB L-form isolates.

For there are few samples of water inrush from coal floor, how to dig wider information under the circumstance of limited sample data is to improve the prediction accuracy of water inrush form coal floor. Therefore, prediction model of water inrush is established based on correlation analysis and support vector machine (SVM). Not only does the model simplify the influenced indexes to construct the index system of water inrush from coal floor, but also dig the value of sample data to solve the problem of small sample and nonlinear prediction. Through the empirical analysis, the model using MATLAB can accurately predict whether water inrush from coal floor occurs. © 2012 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.
