The urging member is disposed on the outer periphery of the driving force transmission member, and applies a biasing force to the driving force transmission member in the direction of the axis of rotation. The guide member is disposed on the outer periphery of the biasing member, and guides the driving force transmission member. The guide member has a guide part for guiding the driving force transmission member in the direction of the axis of rotation while restricting rotation of the driving force transmission member. Since the driving force transmission member has a guided part that is guided by the guide part, the outer diameter can be reduced.

A method for producing titanium powder containing a solid-soluted oxygen comprises the steps of: heating titanium powder comprised of titanium particles in an oxygen-containing atmosphere in a temperature range of 160 or higher and less than 600C to form a titanium oxide layer on the surface of the titanium particle; and heating the titanium powder having the titanium oxide layer in an oxygen-free atmosphere in a temperature range of 450C or higher and a melting point of the titanium oxide layer or lower to decompose the titanium oxide layer on the surface of the titanium particle so that oxygen atoms dissociated form a solid solution in a matrix of the titanium particle.
