This article introduces the injection mould design of mobile phone back shell. The mould adopts 3-plate mold structure, pin-point gate for feeding in the glue, ejector pin and pieces for stripping. The under-cut at the side edge adopts 3-side sliding block molding, and the cooling system adopts U-shape coolant gallery. It is proved by production practice that the mould structure is reasonable, stripping smoothly and the plastic parts quality meets the design requirements. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In the paper, a global network attack model based on Hierarchical Expanded Stochastic Petri Net (HESPN) is presented. The model is suitable for the cooperative attack simulation and can describe both macroscopic network attack and microcosmic host attack synthetically. The dissertation represents model generation algorithm and digs for potential attack relationships among hosts according to the definition of rough path. Then utilize ant colony algorithm to find k-critical vulnerable paths after expanding sub Petri net. By analyzing rough paths and accurate paths synthetically, a network risk evaluation method is proposed. © 2014 SERSC.

To deal with rough image region segmentation results, a common method of bag-of-words in statistical text is proposed in the paper. The method splits regional objects to numerous small image blocks, from which rough semantic concepts of regional objects are fetched; then, through the application of multi-instance learning idea and computation of type confidence degree of each rough semantic concept, the impacts of type errors on such concepts can be effectively eliminated, and thus feature semantic concepts of various regional object type are obtained. © 2016 SERSC.

This thesis paper proposes the theory of compound control system to solve the problems of slow dynamic response, low system control precision, and reduced productivity in the process of speed regulation generated because of the frequency conversion renovation in the injection molding machine, and deduces it with mathematical modeling based on the qualitative theories of ordinary differential equations. My conclusions indicate that to adopt the compound control system can largely improve its steady state and precision, and increase its dynamic response speed. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Aimed at the technological difficulties such as low production efficiency and low product precision that "pedestal parts in wire crimper" in certain enterprise encounter in the actual processing steps, after making comparison with beat optimization method, the paper takes the measure of fixture optimization design to improve production efficiency, and then utilizes orthogonal experiment method to optimize cutting parameters in cutter and improve the surface quality of products.
