The antioxidant and analgesia activities of flavonoids from Capillary artemisia were studied. The results showed that the flavonoids from the Capillary artemisia had obvious scavenging activity in vitro against OH and DPPH free radicals and showed obvious inhibiting effects on peanut oil oxidation. In vivo experiments showed that the flavonoid from the Capillary artemisia resulted in a notable decrease in acetic acid-induced writhing number and feet-licking number induced by heat or formaldehyde, indicating that it had alleviating effect on pain in mice induced by chemicals and inflammatory reaction. The flavonoids from Capillary artemisia have obvious antioxidant and analgesic activities.

Supercritical fluid extraction conditions of ergosterol from Ganoderma lucidum after fermentation were optimization by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the extraction pressure and temperature were significant factors and the optimization conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 20 MPa, extraction temperature 50°C, and CO2 flow rate 2.5 L/min, under which the content of ergosterol reached 1.1362 mg/g.

Raspberry flavonoids were isolated and purified by macro-porous resin in this article. The results showed that AB-8 resin can rapidly adsorbe lavonoids with higher adsorption and desorption rates than other macro-porous resin. Therefore, AB-8 resin was chosen as the best resion to isolate and purify raspberry flavonoids. Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments showed that, when the sample flow rate, sample concentration, pH, desorption regent, desoption regent concentration and elution rate were 0.2 mL/min, 1.2 mg/mL, 4.5, ethanol, 70% and 2.0 mL/min, respectively, the raspberry flavonoids purity can reach 40.32%.

The culture medium and fermentation conditions of Ganoderma for production of total flavnoid from Rasspberry were optimization through the L9(34) orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were inoculation 10%, Raspberry dosage 300 g/L, fermentation temperature 30°C, shaking speed 200 r/min, and fermentation time of 120 h. Under these conditions, the content of total flavonoids was 4.89 mg/g, 109.87% higher than that without the inoculation of Ganoderma.

This paper has made investigation and research towards the sports consumption status of some university students of Baoding by adopting documentary analysis method and questionnaire method. It turns out that: a great majority of university students are willing to make sports consumption; their sports consumption goal is obvious; the motivation is healthy, as the material consumption is higher than others and the consumption level is relatively lower; the main factors influencing the sports consumption is relatively high consumption price, less consumption places and heavy learning task. The paper has put forward the development countermeasures to accelerate the sports consumption of university students of Baoding and guide them to establish correct sports consumption concept through analysis. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

Transgenic rice Kefeng 6 is a transformation event containing two insect-resistant genes, cry1Ac and SCK (modified CpTI gene) in China. In order to monitor the probable release of Kefeng 6 in the future and execute the labeling requirements, it is necessary to develop a rapid and reliable detection method. In this study, both the 5′ and 3′-junction sequences spanning the plant DNA and the integrated gene construct of the rice event Kefeng 6 were isolated by genome walking and long-distance PCR (LD-PCR), successively. Multiple copies of truncated SCK gene and cry1Ac gene were found to integrate into the host rice genome. The event-specific real-time detection method for Kefeng 6 event based on its 5′-junction sequence was established using one plasmid molecule pMD-KF6 containing both 5′-junction sequence and rice endogenous gene gos9 sequence as the reference material (RM) with an absolute limit of quantification (LOQa) around 10 template copies. Thereafter, three different transgenic amounts of w/w mixed samples (5, 1, and 0.5%, respectively) were quantified to assess the performance characteristics of the established real-time PCR method. The accuracy expressed as bias deviated from the 4.00-26.00%, the precision expressed as standard deviation (SD) and relative standard deviation (RSD) deviated from 0.03-0.19 and 3.42-4.76%, respectively. Based on the earlier results, we concluded that the qualitative and quantitative PCR assays were reliable and accurate for Kefeng 6 measurement, and the reference plasmid pMD-KF6 could be a good substitute for the reference material for Kefeng 6 quantification. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.

In this paper, the subsurface flow wetland sewage treatment mathematical model is studied. the analytical solution is obtained by using the Laplace transform technique for non-steady subsurface flow wetland model and the diffusion characteristics for some parameters used in the model are analyzed. Then the solution for the model which is added by the source is obtained on two boundary conditions by the adomian decomposition method. European options can be divided into the call option and the put option. In this paper, the models of call option and put option are studied by using Mellin Transform Solution.
