In view of the disadvantages of the current research on the task assignment problem of product development, the mathematical description and constraint conditions of the problem are presented. The related matrixes of the task assignment model are proposed. The objective function of multi-objective optimization is built based on weight factor and range transform method. According to the dynamic characteristic and uncertainty of task assignment process, the dynamic assignment oriented ant colony algorithm based on sequential logic is proposed. The advantages and steps of the algorithm are analyzed. Finally, a simulation test illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, a new design scheme of the grain measure and control system is put forward. The system is composed by the measurement control unit and data processing center. It can implement the real-time collection, communication and processing of the granary temperature and humidity. Temperature measurement accuracy can reach to ± 0.5 00°C, as humidity measurement accuracy ± 3% RH. The digital transmission of single bus is directly used for temperature and humidity, which can greatly reduce the cable number of the system, and improve the stability and anti-jamming of the system. © 2011 IEEE.

In view of the disadvantages of current overlapping planning method in concurrent product development process, information evolution characteristics of upstream activity were analyzed. Information evolution mode of upstream activity was described by information accumulation function and non-stationary Poisson process. Based on the concept of comprehensive information influence quantity, information communication strategy and rework impact function of downstream activity were proposed. Aiming at two different modes of overlapping model, a uniform time computing model was constructed. According to the maximization principles of global gain, an objective decision model of overlapping planning was presented. Simulation method was proposed to replace traditional mathematical analytic method and optimize overlapping model. And the advantages and steps of the method were presented. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The physical characteristics of phase quantum are further revealed, based on the proposition of concepts of the greatest common factor frequency, the least common multiple period, quantized phase shift resolution and equivalent phase comparison frequency. Then the problem of phase comparison between different frequency signals is certified in detail. Using the basic principle of phase comparison between different frequencies and the variation law of group phase difference, a point of view on group phase quantization is presented. Group phase quantum is not only an indivisible individual of group phase, but also a basic unit composing group phase difference. It is equal to the equivalent phase comparison period of phase comparison between different frequencies in size. Experimental results show not only a high measurement resolution of 10-12/s in frequency measurement based on group phase quantum, but also a super-high locked phase precision of 10-13/s in active H atomic clock. © 2011 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd.

The This paper studies bank customers' segmentation problem. Improved Apriori mining algorithm is a kind of data mining technology which is an important method in bank customers segmentation. In practical application, the traditional algorithm has shortcomings of the initial value's sensitive and easy to fall into local optimal value, which will lead to low accuracy rate of silver class customer classification. According to the shortcomings of traditional algorithm, this paper puts forward a bank customer segmentation method based on improved Apriori mining algorithm in order to improve the bank customer segmentation accuracy. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively overcome the traditional algorithm's shortcomings of easy to fall into local optimal value, improve the customer classification accuracy, make mining results more reasonable, lay down different customer service strategies for different client base, improve effective reference opinions of bank decision makers, and bring more benefits for the bank. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to improve the detection accuracy of small infrared target, the bilateral filter was adopted to remove target and adjust noise. The maximum value which was most likely the target position was found according to the existing target model and image to be processed to search and calculate Bhattacharyya distance though estimating the probability density function of the image. In this position, the standard deviation of bilateral filter was amplified, and target and noise were to be fuzzy to get the estimate of the background, then finally to get the detection results of the target. The experimental results show that this target detection method not only greatly improves the detection speed, but also improves the accuracy of detection of small targets. ©, 2014, Atomic Energy Press.
