Financial statement fraud has been one of the biggest challenges in the modern business world. Financial accounting fraud detection (FAFD) has become an emerging topic of great importance for academic, research and industries. In this paper, the effectiveness of Data Mining (DM) classification techniques in detecting firms that issue fraudulent financial statements (FFS) and deals with the identification of factors associated to FFS are explored. Our study investigates the usefulness of Data Mining techniques including Decision Trees, Neural Networks and Bayesian Belief Networks in the identification of fraudulent financial statements. Cost control is the key competition factors for enterprises to succeed, and is also among the significant difficulties facing many SMEs. This paper, starting from analysis of the problems of cost control facing SMEs, divides cost of SMEs into four parts and then analyzes them in details; by using break-even model, it finds the four factors affecting business costs: productivity, staff control, personnel consumption and material consumption, which are also four important strategies for corporate cost control. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research. In this paper, by using new linearization method we present an optimization algorithm for globally solving a class of multiplicative problems which have a broad application in computational chemistry, information technology, and so on. By utilizing characteristic of quadratic function, a series of linear relaxation programming problem of the initial problem can be derived and which can provide a reliable lower bound. By means of the subsequent solutions of a sequence of linear relaxation programming problems, the proposed optimization algorithm converges to the global optimal solution of the initial problem. Numerical experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.

Chinese tax revenue is non-linear and coupled, and is influenced by many factors. Therefore, traditional forecasting methods are not sufficient to predict the value of it. In this paper, disadvantages of the existing forecasting methods are analyzed. Then partial least square support vector machine (PLS-SVR) is used to construct a tax revenue prediction model. An improved particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the parameter set of (C, σ2), which influences the performance of this model directly. By doing so, this model can deal with the nonlinearity and multi-factors of tax revenue, and ensure stability and accuracy of support vector machine based regression. Case study on Chinese tax revenue during the last 30 years demonstrates that the optimized PLS-SVR model is much more accurate than other prediction methods.

Curling has been rapidly developed in the strong support of nation, and it gradually becomes a kind of newly-developed hot pot event. Though China curling gets rapidly development in a short time, it still facessome practical problems in developing. This paper applies biomechanics knowledge into analyzing curling influence factors. Considering athletes' delivery motion, ice wiping technique as well as team work affects the competition. By research, it designs simple program flow chart with indicator lamp flicker frequency to guide athlete training, in the hope that plays positive roles in assisting curling beginners and guiding athletes training as well as other aspects.

In this paper, vibration information of rolling bearings under 5 working conditions, including normal bearings, bearings with wear and tear on the outer circle or running pulley and so on, are collected. Obtained the relationships between parameters of service life of bearings and changes of time, such as the amplitude range, the frequency domain, and the energy around wavelet packets. The non-state-owned economy makes great progress since Chinese reform. The non-state-owned economy takes more and more proportion in the whole country economy. The quality of the development of non-state-owned economy affects the whole economy operation directly. The sizes of private enterprises are small in the whole. But scandal of some large private enterprises appeared continually. Many scholars appeal that the private enterprises are treated unfairly by local governments and they should get more attention. The second question is whether the distance between the government and the private enterprises is close or not and how the government should treat private enterprises. This paper introduces a new fuzzy active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) design technique into permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed regulation system. By using fuzzy logic control, the proportional coefficient of nonlinear state error feedback (NLSEF) is timely adjusted to obtain the suitable feedforward control variable. The uncertain term of PMSM is tracked and estimated by using the extended state observer (ESO). The control variable can be obtained through subtracting the estimator of ESO from the output of NLSEF. The simulation results show that the controller operates robustly under modeling uncertainty and external disturbance and produces better dynamic performance than the ADRC controller. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

We have searched for free software tools that help in some tasks of the electronic design flow. Then, we have performed a rapid check and test of the programs in order to select which ones are worth continuing working with. We have found that about 39% of the projects are abandoned. On the positive side, we have found that there are several programs that cover each of the tasks considered in this study: analog simulation, digital simulation, schematic capture, PCB design, and HDL design. Thus, we think that efforts should focus on improving existing projects, rather than on creating new ones, unless new projects include original approaches. © 2014 WIT Press.
