Considered the annual periodic variation of atmosphere temperature with soil phase-transition heat and frozen soil contain ice, the soil temperature field model in frozen soil region was given. Three condition simulations were programmed, that no-considering phase transition and ice, only-considering phase transition and both-considering phase transition and ice, by comparing the three theoretical values with test values in practice, it showed that both-considering phase-transition and ice coincided best with the test results. Through numerical solution, analyzed different soil depth, ice content's influences on soil temperature field: as the soil depth increased, the temperature wave went smooth, the freezing temperature increased, even not freezing, the melting length grew; the ice content affected the length of melting time.
