Redundancy technology is an important measure to enhance the reliability of computer control system. Two types of node redundancy architectures of wireless sensor network are analyzed. The design and implementing method of node redundancy in Zigbee network is presented. The node, which acts as master, is determined through competition after the system is powered up. The logical structure of the system is presented too. The switch protocol between master computer and backup computer and the method of competing for master among all the nodes are described in detail. The system can achieve that backup computer switches to master computer without disturbance. Because Zigbee network is adopted to achieve switching between Master and Backup, the reliability of the whole system is enhanced. The novel redundancy system is of low-cost, openness and good maintainability. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This paper adopted statistical and econometric methods to analyze the relationship between the indicators of public libraries, including the total collection of books, total number of circulation, volume of books borrow, total expenses, acquisition expenditures of books and technological innovation. The results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between them and two indicators: newly acquired collections and the total collection of books, play an especially important role. According to the empirical analysis, this validates that public library services have facilitated the development of scientific and technological innovation. © 2013 Trade Science Inc. - INDIA.

Along with the rapid development of market economy, the enterprises have gradually established customer-centered management mind in China. The customer relationship management (CRM) can help the enterprise make full use of advanced information technique to optimize its resource allocation and to reorganize its business process in order to provide comprehensive and individual service for customer, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, it is far not enough if the enterprise only possesses advanced technique system. The key success factor of CRM lies in how to apply the technique system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems of CRM during its actual application process, and puts forward corresponding application tactics, in order to provide theoretical instructions for the CRM system application in Chinese enterprise. © 2010 IEEE.

Cloud-based mechanisms are required to ensure data security and privacy, and to fulfill the regulatory and audit requirements of enterprises. Without a profound increase in the understanding and assessment of the risks accompanying Cloud computing, and without proper countermeasures being deployed and evaluated, the Cloud may become the exclusive domain of non-sensitive data-a status far below its anticipated potential. The joint issues of privacy and security must be addressed, if Cloud computing service providers intend to attain a status in the computing domain similar to "utility providers" in the general world-as trusted, reliable purveyors of pay-per-use access to fundamental (in this case, computing) resources. © 2014 WIT Press.

In order to improve forecasting model accuracy of BP neural network, an improved prediction method of optimized BP neural network based on modified particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) was proposed. In this modified PSO algorithm, an adaptive mutation operator was proposed in PSO to change positions of the particles which plunged in the local optimization. The modified PSO was used to optimize the weights and thresholds of BP neural network, and then BP neural network was trained to search for the optimal solution. The availability of the modified prediction method was proved by predicting the time series of real traffic flow. The computer simulations have shown that the nonlinear fitting and accuracy of the modified prediction methods are better than other prediction methods.
