BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that high-intensity exercise has immunosuppressive effect, while low-and medium-intensity exercises have anti-inflammatory effect, both of which offer protection against many chronic diseases. OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between immune system and exercise so as to explore the relevant mechanism underlying immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects. METHODS: CNKI, Wanfang, and PubMed databases were retrieved for articles related to exercise immunology published from January 1990 to April 2015. Relevant mechanisms of action and research prospects were analyzed and expected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Sixty articles related to sports and immune were included. High-intensity exercise has been proved to have a inhibitory effect on the immune function, and theories about immunosuppressive effect after high-intensity exercise is elementarily systemized. How to reduce and avoid immunosuppression impact of high-intensity exercise is still worth exploring. Anti-inflammatory effect of low- and medium-intensity exercises is becoming more and more popular. Especially, the endocrine effects of the skeletal muscle and the two-way regulatory role of interleukin-6 in the effects of different intensity exercise on the immune response are worthy of further exploration. © 2015, Journal of Clinical Rehabilitative Tissue Engineering Research. An unconstrained optimization model, applicable to radial deviation measurement, is established for assessing cylindricity errors by the minimum circumscribed cylinder evaluation. The properties of the objective function in the optimization model are thoroughly investigated. On the basis of the modern theory of convex functions, it is strictly proved that the objective function is a continuous and non-differentiable and convex function defined on the four-dimensional Euclidean space R 4. Therefore, the minimal value of the objective function is unique and any of its minimal point must be its global minimal point. Thus, any existing optimization algorithm, so long as it is convergent, can be used to solve the objective function to get the wanted values of cylindricity errors by the minimum circumscribed cylinder assessment. Through the volleyball course learning, students can grasp the theory basement that relative with the volleyball. Moreover, they can obtain the enough practical abilities and establish the foundation of further employment. However, the present physical education major arrangement is not reasonable that cannot completely adapt to the social development requirement. The management system status of competitive sports cause was mainly analyzed in this work, and the related suggestions were proposed. The characteristics of competitive sports management system were firstly analyzed. However, there is the effect of public management organization, and the social forces are relatively weak. Moreover, the administrative order and management characteristics of competitive sports organization are obvious, and the guarantee mechanism of competitive professional athlete is not perfect. The current status questions on competitive sports management system were analyzed. Moreover, the capital source socialization for competitive sports management, building a more complete guarantee mechanism of professional athlete and other methods were proposed.
