This paper firstly presents analysis of outsourcers' critical behaviors of moral hazards in the principal-agent contract of Stage I, and then analysis of outsourcers' behaviorization of moral hazards in long-term cooperation. Finally, corresponding measures to inhibit outsourcers' behaviorization of moral hazards as for potentiality of outsourcers' behaviorization of moral hazards are provided. © 2013 IEEE.

BACKGROUND: Study on the mechanism of adaptation to exercise in skeletal muscle has great significance for the improvement of sports performance, the prevention and treatment of some metabolic disorders. OBJECTIVE: To discuss the mechanism of adaptation to exercise in skeletal muscle. METHODS: An online search of PubMed database and CNKI was performed for relevant articles published before March 2011, using key words of "skeletal muscle, exercise, adaptation, cytoskeleton, dystrophin" in English and Chinese, respectively. A total of 56 articles were collected. Articles on the mechanism of adaptation to exercise in skeletal muscle were included. A number of 31 articles were retained after excluding the repetitive ones. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Intense exercise can cause stress reaction in muscle structure and cell metabolism, such as muscle damage and oxidative stress. High-strength eccentric activities may lead to the damage of muscle ultrastructure, but the muscle shows a remodeling response after exercise-induced damage. Exercise training can promote various adaptations of healthy individuals to nitric oxide system. These adaptations can somehow enhance the biological availability of skeletal muscle, consequently increase the exercise capacity and provide protection to the cardiovascular system. At present, the mechanism of adaptation to exercise in human skeletal muscle is still unclear.

HLA (High Level Architecture) is a distributed simulation framework; it has the advantage of portability, and reusable. This paper introduces HLA in the field of the equipment support efficiency evaluation simulation. It analyzes the basic principles of HLA and federal development process. The operating work and function are analyzed. The paper designed 9 modules for the equipment support efficiency evaluation simulation system base on HLA. As an important engineering work, maintainability design, analysis, evaluation and other activities runs through the entire weapon equipment development process. To solve the current maintenance puzzle in the beginning, and let the maintenance in time, economic and effective, this paper build up the weapon equipment maintain-ability lifecycle models from function view, information view and process view oriented on the concurrent engineering (CE). Accordingly, put the maintainability design, analysis and evaluation works in to practice throughout the weapon equipment system analysis, design, manufacture, test, evaluation and other engineering activities in the earlier phase of weapon equipment system demonstration, thus can make the equipment have the best maintainability character by the roots. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Since the introduction of animation industry support policies, the development of the cartoon industry in Hebei province has experienced for eight years. So far, there are still many problems in technology and creativity in Hebei animation works. This paper starts with the creative technology and creative resources of Hebei animation, and analyzes the animation status and development strategy research in our province. It is believed that the Hebei animation should suit the local conditions, to maintain cooperation with large animation enterprises at home and abroad to processing the relationship, for the accumulation of capital means the growth of existing animation enterprises, learning advanced technology and experience at home and abroad at the same time. Strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, pay attention to the cultivation of talents for classification, suitable and willing to learn digital 3D and interactive technology personnel specialized training for the quick mature, so as to adapt to the society and the needs of the enterprise. Intrusion Detection is an indispensable component of Network Security. Because exists the problems of the high false positives rate and low detection efficiency in the current intrusion detection system, in this paper, we propose a hybrid intrusion detection model and improve intrusion detection system analyzer, applying the Data fusion and data mining techniques to intrusion detection systems. Portal as one of the visibility determination methods is widely used for large scale indoor scene. With the deepening research, we find that portal can do more works than we thought, including simulating mirror, connecting cells and dividing cells more simply. In this paper, first, we give the basic conception of portal, analyze the status and development trend of it, and divide portal into two categories: conventional portal and arbitrary portal. Conventional portal is a planar portal, defined on cell boundaries and used to form a CPG graph connecting the cells of the subdivision. Arbitrary portal is non-planar portal, can be any arbitrary surface, so it may exist anywhere within a cell or outside the indoor scene and connect to any space with an adjacent cell. Then, we describe the detail development of each type, comparing their difference and the different methods about portal. Finally, we point out some key research issues that need to be studied in the future. © 2014 IEEE.

The Zn-Ti barium ferrite hollow ceramic microsphere microwave absorption materials have been prepared with a self-reactive quenching method, which are new type microwave absorption materials with a core/shell structure and a lower density than general ferrite. From the SEM, EDS and XRD analyses, the results show that the materials have a middle hollow structure, the ball shape is regular and the particle size distribution is uniform. After heat treatment, the noncrystalline phases have been translated into crystalline phase and the most constituent phases are BaZnTiFe10O19 and BaFe12O19. From the test of microwave absorption property, the hollow ceramic microsphere material has the performance of microwave absorbing. Moreover, after heat treatment the microwave absorption properties have been raised. The lowest reflection rate is -21.98 dB and the reflection rate less than -10 dB frequency bands width is more than 2 GHz. ©, 2015, Rare Metals Materials and Engineering Press. All right reserved.

The M-type barium ferrite hollow ceramic microsphere microwave absorption materials were prepared with self-reactive quenching method. The Ni-Co composite layers were plated on the surface of the materials by using ultrasonic chemical electroless plating method. The materials had the core-shell-hollow structure. From the SEM, EDS and XRD analyzsis, the results show that the materials have middle hollow structure and its phase BaFe12O19 is M-type barium ferrite. The surface of the materials was plated with Ni-Co composite layers by using chemical electroless plating. From the test of microwave absorption property, after chemical electroless plating its microwave absorption properties were raised. The lowest reflection rate was -28.62 dB and the band width less than -10 dB was 3.33 GHz in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz when the thickness was 2.10 mm. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of High Power Laser and Particle Beams.
