Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering is a university in Hebei, China under the provincial government.Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering was founded in August 1950 and was initially named Zhang Jiakou Technical School. In 1951 it was renamed as the Chahar Industrial Institute, and in December 1952 changed its name again to the North China Industrial Institute, under the leadership of the North China Administrative Committee. In May 1954, it became the Zhang Jiakou Architecture and Engineeriing School attached to the Central People's Government Construction Engineering Department. In June 1958, it was incorporated into Hebei province and changed names successively as the Zhang Jiakou Engineering Institute, Zhang Jiakou Engineering Training School, and Zhang Jiakou Architecture and Engineering School. It was approved by the State Council to be upgraded to an institution of higher learning in 1978 as Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. It is the only higher education institute providing instruction in both architecture and engineering in Hebei province.In the first decade of the 21st century its name was changed to Hebei University of Architecture. We investigate the formation, evolution, and dispersal processes of protoplanetary disks with mass influx from the gravitational collapse of a molecular cloud core and the photoevaporation winds. Due to the initial angular momentum of the molecular cloud core, the gravitational collapse of the molecular cloud core forms a protostar+protoplanetary disk system. We calculate the evolution of the protoplanetary disk from the gravitational collapse of the molecular cloud core to the dispersal stage. In our calculation, we include the mass influx from a molecular cloud core, the irradiation from the central star, the viscosity due to the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence driven by the magnetorotational instability (MRI) and the gravitational instability, and the effect of photoevaporation. We find that the protoplanetary disk has some interesting properties, which are different from the previous studies. Firstly, with particular values of parameters of the molecular cloud core, the gravitational instability does not occur during the whole evolution of the resultant protoplanetary disk. With some other parameters of the molecular cloud core, the gravitational instability occurs all the time of the lifetime of the resultant protoplanetary disk. Secondly, the radial distribution of the α parameter exhibits a nearly ladder-like shape, which is different from the three regions’ shape in previous studies. Thirdly, the value of the surface density is increased significantly (about a factor of 8.0) compared with that in the Minimum Mass Solar Nebula (MMSN) model. We suggest that this increased surface density can provide enough material for the formation of giant planets within the lifetime of the protoplanetary disk, and may provide a routine for reducing the timescale of the formation of giant planets. We also discuss the influence of the photoevaporation winds on the evolution of the protoplanetary disk. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

Wireless sensor networks is one of the tools for monitoring the remote environment. Clustering algorithm is an important hierarchical routing method in wireless sensor networks. This paper proposes two improved clustering algorithm based on LEACH, the traditional clustering algorithm in wireless sensor networks, from the different benchmarks of clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that the two algorithms give good solutions to the issues of energy loading balance and energy consumption balance in wireless sensor networks, greatly extend the network lifetime. © 2012 IEEE.

PZT/PVDF composites (0-3 type) doped with carbon nanotubes were prepared by flowing. The effect of the carbon nanotubes on the performance of the PVDF matrix and PZT/PVDF composites was examined. The results show that mixing a moderate amount of carbon nanotubes into the PVDF matrix not only enhances the dielectric constant of the matrix but also induces the transformation of the PVDF crystal from α-phase into β-phase. These effects can improve the piezoelectric performance of the PZT/PVDF composites. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

This paper considers an SIRS model with nonlinear incidence rate and treatment. It is assumed that susceptible and infectious individuals have constant immigration rates. We investigate the existence of equilibrium and prove the global asymptotical stable results of the endemic equilibrium. We then obtained that the model undergoes a Hopf bifurcation and existences a limit cycle. Some numerical simulations are given to illustrate the analytical results. © 2013 Junhong Li and Ning Cui.

An energy saving residential building in Zhangjiakou was took as research object, which was designed and constructed according to the criterion of 65% energy saving of the third stage, utilizing simulation software Dest, which was developed by Qinghua University, energy consumption simulation and economic analysis were done to the building. The results show that compared with the former residence which was built according to the non-energy saving design, the implementation of new design standard for building energy saving can not only achieve better energy saving effect, but also its payback period is short, so the new design standard for building energy saving is worth spreading. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

Research purposes: The stability analysis of hard high steep slopes with bridge foundations is a hard work which technicians encountered in complex mountain railway and highway engineering. The base load is delivered from the bridge foundation above by the additional load which will translate into the lateral stress acting on the inner slope, and the risk of slope sliding will increase. The design quality of bridge foundations in slopes is not effectively guaranteed because of the complexity about stability analysis to these slopes and the immaturity of bridge slope stability analysis methods. Therefore, a method about stability analysis of slope considering bridge foundation additional load is studied in order to provide help for the design of slope bridge foundation engineering. Research conclusions: (1) A stability analysis method considering the additional load transfer, the rock and soil mechanics parameters and the geometric shape of bridge foundation slope is established, and this method is applied to research on the slope stability affected by the additional load in different locations of bridge foundation. (2) A calculation model for safety factor about bridge slope can be used for design work of bridge foundation, and the stability safety factor of the bridge foundation slope can be calculated for the known layout parameters of horizontal distance and depth, or, the different bridge foundation arrangement schemes are optimized and selected under a given safety factor conditions through the analysis on different excavation angles. (3) In the course of preliminary design of the 0# abutment of the 3# Benxi Bridge of Shenyang-Dandong Passenger Dedicated Line, the abutment arrangement scheme and slope stability factor were successfully analyzed by programming based on the theory put forward in this paper, and the research result can be successfully applied to the optimal design of the bridge foundation in mountain area. © 2016, Editorial Department of Journal of Railway Engineering Society. The dyeing wastewater was treated via oxidation, coagulation and adsorption with Fenton reagent and blast-furnace ash. The removal efficiencies of colority and COD reached 90% and over 70% respectively.The proper process conditions were deter mined as follows: the pH of wastewater was 6, the dose of H 2O 2 was 40mL/L, the dose of FeSO 4 was 0.3moL/L, and the dose of ash was 40g/L, and the retention time was 20 min. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.
