Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering is a university in Hebei, China under the provincial government.Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering was founded in August 1950 and was initially named Zhang Jiakou Technical School. In 1951 it was renamed as the Chahar Industrial Institute, and in December 1952 changed its name again to the North China Industrial Institute, under the leadership of the North China Administrative Committee. In May 1954, it became the Zhang Jiakou Architecture and Engineeriing School attached to the Central People's Government Construction Engineering Department. In June 1958, it was incorporated into Hebei province and changed names successively as the Zhang Jiakou Engineering Institute, Zhang Jiakou Engineering Training School, and Zhang Jiakou Architecture and Engineering School. It was approved by the State Council to be upgraded to an institution of higher learning in 1978 as Hebei Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. It is the only higher education institute providing instruction in both architecture and engineering in Hebei province.In the first decade of the 21st century its name was changed to Hebei University of Architecture. Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge often adopt the method of cantilever pouring. Due to the technical force of construction team, the construction level, the construction period and the influence of related factors, its segmental construction cycle will be difference, thus affecting the creep effect. In this paper, accordance with the construction process of two railway continuous beam bridge, through the analysis of finite element modeling discusses the influence of creep effect which cause by the construction cycle of the cantilever construction of continuous girder bridge, some conclusions have referential values for continuous beam construction. PZT/PVDF composites (0-3 type) doped with carbon nanotubes were prepared by flowing. The effect of the carbon nanotubes on the performance of the PVDF matrix and PZT/PVDF composites was examined. The results show that mixing a moderate amount of carbon nanotubes into the PVDF matrix not only enhances the dielectric constant of the matrix but also induces the transformation of the PVDF crystal from α-phase into β-phase. These effects can improve the piezoelectric performance of the PZT/PVDF composites. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

Wireless sensor networks is one of the tools for monitoring the remote environment. Clustering algorithm is an important hierarchical routing method in wireless sensor networks. This paper proposes two improved clustering algorithm based on LEACH, the traditional clustering algorithm in wireless sensor networks, from the different benchmarks of clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that the two algorithms give good solutions to the issues of energy loading balance and energy consumption balance in wireless sensor networks, greatly extend the network lifetime. © 2012 IEEE.

Proper estimation of input parameters plays a crucial role in the numerical simulations of geotechnical engineering. In conventional numerical procedures, all the input parameters are assumed constant and unique, and their variability and cross-correlation are usually neglected, so that significant error can be induced in the simulated results. To resolve the problem, an inversion method must be introduced to obtain mechanical parameters, which are spatially correlated. The random field of a single parameter has a characteristic of auto-correlation, whereas the random field of multi-parameter is not only auto-correlated, but also cross-correlated. Based on 'two sides of one' (auto-correlation = cross-correlation + remaining auto-correlation), a mathematical inversion model of multi-parameter random field is built. Correlation statistics results of random fields generated by 'two sides of one' method show that auto-correlation and cross-correlation are well satisfied in the isotropic correlated condition. © 2016, Academia Sinica.
