The practical use of low dielectric constant materials as inter-layer dielectrics is driving the demand for copper chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) at low down pressure, which is a challenge for the traditional CMP technology. To solve this issue, it is necessary to develop a chemically dominant CMP process at low down pressure. The chemical oxidation and dissolution of the oxidized copper are more important than mechanical. In this paper, the ingredient and prescription of slurry is found, which is used to achieve high surface removal rates and certain Within-Wafer Non-Uniformity at a down pressure of 4.3 kPa. The CMP slurry contains silica sols, H2O2 and chelating agent. A model of copper CMP at low down pressure based on the methods of chemical kinetics and oxidation reaction is presented. The model prediction trends are consistent with the experimental data. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

After the analyzation of the current development and characteristics of the teaching and training device structure of higher vocational education, we have uses the development of «Basis of Computer» course training device as an designed a practice teaching device which base on computer control. This article example, analyzes the project requirements, uses the windows software of computer as development platform, elaborates the function and structure of the system, describes the composition of the basic table in the database, introduces group paper and related technologies, manipulates and controls it by using the databases in computer. The results show that the device receives favorable comment in daily teaching at school. © 2014 WIT Press.

Background: During the progress of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat with transient suture occlusion, bleeding combating and the line being plugged into the cerebral middle artery smoothly are important for successful modeling and research focus. Objective: To improve Longa suture occlusion method for focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in Sprague-Dawley rats in order to establish a simple surgical procedure with low rate of intraoperative bleeding and high rate of successful models. Methods: The two ends of the external carotid artery were clipped with electric knife, in addition to ligation of surgery lines intraoperatively; with the help of pincett, a fishing line was plugged into the carotid artery along the anteriomedialis artery wall (the direction of the internal carotid artery from the pterygopalatine arterial bifurcation). Postoperative behavior scores in rats, infarct volume calculation and histopathological evaluation under optical microscope were done. Results And Conclusion: Transverse sections of the external carotid artery were changed from a "O" shape to a "-" shape after being clipped with electric knife. Subsequently, line nodes were not easy to fall off any more, effectively preventing intraoperative bleeding. With the power of pincett, the rate of plugging the fishing line into artery was significantly increased. Rat's neurological score and infarct volumes were significantly increased, and brain tissue pathological injury worsened. The modified suture occlusion method for focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion models effectively prevented line nodes off, successfully increased the rate of suture occlusion and models in Sprague-Dawley rats were developed successfully.

The daily iron absorption and loss are small and iron metabolism in human is characterized by a limited external exchange and by an efficient reutilization of iron from internal sources. The mononuclear phagocyte system (MPS) plays a key role in recycling iron from hemoglobin of senescent or damaged erythrocytes, which is important in maintaining iron homeostasis. Many iron-related proteins are expressed in the MPS, including heme oxygenase (HO) for heme degradation, the iron importer transferrin receptor 1 (TfR1) and divalent metal transport 1 (DMT1), the iron exporter ferroportin 1 (FPN1) and the iron regulatory hormone hepcidin. Insights into the regulatory mechanisms that control the regulation of iron metabolism proteins in the MPS will deepen our understanding about the molecular mechanism of iron homeostasis and iron-related diseases. © 2013 Informa UK Ltd.

Nitric oxide (NO) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) are 2 key elements in heat shock (HS) signaling pathway. Our experiments indicate the existence of a cross talk among H2O2, NO, Ca2+ channels, and the activation of calmodulin (CaM) to stimulate the DNA-binding activity of HS transcription factors as well as the accumulation of HS proteins so as to confer thermotolerance. CaM can bind to target proteins to alter their function, acting as part of a calcium signal transduction pathway. However, only a few of its target proteins had been reported by now. Herein we are discussing them and conclude that in order to obtain a more profound understanding of CaM signaling, further research will be needed in the future. © 2014 Landes Bioscience.

The effect of Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC) on electron transport in asymmetrically coupled regular polygonal quantum ring is investigated. In absence of SOC, two kinds of conductance zeros appear periodically. In presence of SOC, one kind of conductance zero can be lifted by the Rashba SOC, the others persist. © 2010 Published by Elsevier B.V.

Walnut proteins were hydrolyzed with pepsin, alcalase, and papain. A peptide that strongly inhibits angiotensin I-converting enzyme was isolated and purified from walnut protein hydrolyzates via ultrafiltration, Sephadex G-25, Superdex™ Peptide 10/300 GL, and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The in vitro inhibition of angiotensin I-converting enzyme was used as an indicator. The molecular structure and sequences of the angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory peptides were identified through mass spectrometry and amino acid sequencing. The angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory peptide from the walnut hydrolyzate was identified as Tyr-Glu-Pro (YEP) and its median inhibitory concentration was 0.29mol/L. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

The network management system based on WEB has been becoming the current hot spots. The paper discusses the advantages and significance of WBM fully to discuss the possibility of a network management system based on JAVA implementation. Based on the SNMP protocol is proposed based on ARP protocol and network topology search found based on ICMP protocol and topology reconstruction. SNMP access to treatment and MIB information structure and based on the MIB information acquisition. Application server search and real time function and the realization of the corresponding technology such as network service monitoring method. And on the Linux platform, using TOMCAT as a JSP interpreter, information storage, publishing technology and by using XML and JAVA platform compatibility technology is verified to above ultimately proved: the network management system based on JAVA and XML can completely meet the requirements of network management has good feasibility and practical application value. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The article are outlined the medicinal use of polymer materials and characteristics and described its preparation method and application for controlled drug release from polymer, polymer drugs, pharmaceutical formulations and packaging polymer materials three aspects. Meanwhile elaborates a novel well dispersed MWCNTs PMAA/MWCNTs nano-hybrid hydrogels. The introduction of MWCNTs significantly improved pH-responsive hydrogels and mechanical strength, and which depending on the composition ratio of MWCNTs, particle size and concentration of crosslinker. Study found that hybrid hydrogel swelling rate significantly faster than the pure PMAA hydrogel swelling behavior and this is explained. Compressive stress - strain was found, MWCNTs load transfer heterozygous for improving mechanical properties of the hydrogel network compression plays an important role. MTT cell compatibility evaluation proves that this astute hydrogel biomedical research in particular has potential application value. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
