The role mapping module is provided to receive user input to associate sets of role category editors with responding role identifiers. A bill generator may analyze the logical process model information and human resource dependency information in order to generate a human resource requirement bill that includes a listing of human resource roles and role categories required for performance of the process.

A method and system memory to store a logical process model defining a logically structured series of process activities in a process, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) profile information defining a pre-defined plurality of SLA profiles which are potentially applicable to respective process instances. Each SLA profile comprises at least one performance metric with respect to the process and/or at least one of the process activities. A rules engine queries case data with respect to a particular process instance, and automatically determines an applicable SLA profile based on the case data. A system and method to manage SLA compliance customer services comprises an estimation engine to perform an automated estimation of a probability of SLA violation for a trouble ticket that indicates and operation incident that is to be resolved. The automated estimation may produce a risk value that trigger an escalation module to automatically perform a pre-emptive action if the risk values are higher than a threshold value, to promote resolution of the trouble ticket prior to SLA violation. The pre-emptive action may comprise sending an alert message to one or more operators associated with the ticket. The automated estimation may be based at least in part on compliance information for past tickets.
