[Objective] To determine the expression of P-P38 and NF-κB in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. [Methods] The 60 endometrial cancers, 32 normal endometrial tissues were detected P-P38 and NF-κB expression with microwave EliVision™ and tissue microarray. [Results] the expressions of P-P38 and NF-κB were located with the nucleus and the cytoplasm, respectively. The expressions of both proteins were higher than those of the normal tissue (P < 0.05). The expressions of them were related with myometrial invasion, lymph nodemetastasis and clinical stage of the cancer (P < 0.05). The expressions of the two proteins were positively correlated (r = 0.561, P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The P-P38 and NF-κB were highly expressed in the endometrial cancer and their expressions were related with the development and the metastasis of the cancer.
