Because of the influence of atmosphere, the characteristics of the sensor and the image recording system, the quality of on-orbit obtained satellite images maybe get lower. The radiation distortion is caused by various factors, such as the blurring of the imaging system, non-linear amplitude response, vignetting and shadows, transmission noise, atmospheric interference, the changes of surface exposure and the radiance changes with the angle. According to the actual characteristics of high-resolution satellite images, we presented a radiation correction method which solved the image distortion problem. The radiation correction can provide a good basis for the image geometric correction, image fusion, etc. By the actual obtaining data of satellite on-orbit experiments, this program solves the problems of chrominance, mosaics, correction, drop-out lines, and noise existed in the images which are obtained by the raw data after decryption and decompression. The radiation correction can provide a good basis for the image mapping process, image fusion, etc. © 2011 SPIE.

At large forward bias voltage, the accurate electrical properties of semiconductor GaN-based blue light-emitting diode (LED) with multiple-quantum well (MQW) structure prepared by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) were measured by single capacitance-voltage (C-V) method and single current-voltage (I-V) method, as well as our self-built method, respectively. After comparing the experimental results, we find that a single C-V or I-V method cannot be considered as an accurate characterization method, because they can only reflect the apparent characteristics rather than the junction parameters of LEDs. However, both the apparent capacitance Cp measured by C-V method and the junction capacitance C measured by our self-built method display obvious negative value at large forward bias and low frequency, which is in conflict with the well known Shockley's p-n junction theory and model which only include increasing diffusion capacitance and certainly no negative capacitance. Furthermore, the ideal factors of LEDs obtained from both our method and I-V method far exceed the traditional theoretical values. Finally, the accurate expressions of junction capacitance and junction conductance on voltage and frequency are obtained. These results will provide an experimental basis for the study of semiconductor diode junction theory.

It combines the own characteristics of vehicle scheduling, taking into account the both interests of the bus company and passengers, and establishes the vehicle scheduling plan model, taken the departure time (real value) as the gene variables to encode, and taken the difference between the adjacent grid spacing, the departure time interval of maximum and minimum, passenger load factor etc. to limit. With the example, the GA- SAmodel is improved to optimize the solution. Finally, it is possible to reliably find an optimal or near-optimal solution program on vehicle scheduling optimization problem in transit huge search space. Through comparative analysis of the experimental results, it can verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm and superiority. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The remote sensing images of Landsat TM and ETM+, June 2000 and 2010, were used to extract the land use information of Diaoluoshan National Forest Park and its surrounding areas by using ERDAS Imagine 9. 0. Ten factors, elevation, slope, geological structure, land cover, settlement, the location of Diaoluoshan Nature Reserve, and so on, were chosen to evaluate ecological suitability. Applying the Delphi method to assess the grade and weight of the evaluation indicators, and then on the basis of the 1:50,000 digital topographic map to create digital raster graphics of different assessment factors using Arc GIS 9. 1. The regional ecological suitability index (RESI) of each assessment unit was calculated by overlapping of each assessment grid. The RESI value of multifactor weighted superposition was 1.35–4.85 in the research areas, and the land was classified into 5 types, high suitability, suitability, basic suitability, unsuitability, and high unsuitability zone, by using the K-means clustering method. After that, generating spatial distribution map of regional suitability was based on the RESI reclassification, which provided a scientific method for the ecological conservation, resource exploitation, utilization, and management of Diaoluoshan National Forest Park. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2014.

There are many occasions we need to test its temperature in real time, such as, grain storage, boilers, etc. The design is mainly studied the establishment and application of multi-channel temperature measurement system. Besides, it has chosen the STC89C52 as the core control chip, and the DS18B20 chips as sensors, also uses Shift register that called 74HC595 to drive the LED, and uses the chip LM7805 to make the voltage of system more stable. Finally, uses the MAX232 chip to convert the level, and to download the program to the microcontroller. The system is so rapid, accurate, reliable, economic, simple that finally realized the multi-channel temperature measurement. The results show that by laboratory test. The temperature ranges from 55 ° C to 125 ° C, In 10 ∼ + 85 ° C range, the precision of temperature is ±0.5°C. The system is suitable for common occasions of multichannel temperature measure, has great potential for development and practical significance. © 2012 IEEE.

At present, the internet of things as a new network communication technology has rapidly shifted from concept to application under cloud computing virtual storage computing platform. It symbolizes the forthcoming revolution in the field of information technology industry. The internet of things develops rapidly which helps to speed up the transition from IPv4 to IPv6. The author studied internet of things under a new generation of Internet network environment, and proposed to mix the static binding, SLAAC, DHCPv6, and SLAAC with DHCPv6, four kinds of IPv6 addressing strategy methods and the verification method for the legality of the source address. Based on these four kinds of methods, we can realize the authenticity and reliability for IP address between each node communication with a small network cost, and the four kinds of methods highlight the performance advantage of internet of things in the factor of network cost, safety, reliability, and energy etc. © 2013 IEEE.

Based on the non-cooperative power control game (NPG) proposed by David Goodman, an improved cost function is adopted. To meet the communications needs between licensed users and secondary users in cognitive radios, and ensured that the unimpaired operation of licensed users and secondary users' communications be not intermitted, a MC-CDMA cognitive radio system and a hand-off technique were proposed for secondary users. In order to efficiently use the limited cognitive radio resources, a novel power control game algorithm in CR systems was adopted. The simulation results show that in comparison to several classical distributed algorithms, the novel algorithm can regulate their transmitter powers to meet the different SIR requirements and enhance the total throughput effectively. Besides, the performance of the system is significantly improved. © 2015 IEEE.

The precoding based on signal-to-leakage-and-noise ratio (SLNR) improves the system performance because it makes a balance between eliminating the co-channel interference (CCI) and the noise in cognitive radio system. The channel quality effects the performance of the system because the channel state of every cognitive user is different. This paper uses a dynamic power allocation which can get a better performance. It will multiply a coefficient of power allocation after the precoding. Simulation results prove that the performance will improve after using the dynamic power allocation. © 2016 IEEE.
