The novel acoustic analog front-end receiver chip basing all-CMOS technology was designed to amplify the weak signal depressed the harmonic distortion and interference of adjacent channels for multi-channel acoustic imaging system. The 48 channel variable gain amplifiers (VGA) with the exponential gain control, multi-channel output data strobe, output buffer and continuous-time and anti-aliasing fourth-order Butterworth low pass filter for high signal-noise-ration (SNR) of analog-to-digital convertor (ADC), and integrated a vertical shift register. By the simulation verification, processing and test, the system shown linearity gain dynamic range 52dB, the equivalent input noise 5.2nV /Hz1/2@ 1.5MHz, and -3dB bandwidth on 15MHz~92MHz. When the gain was less than 55dB, the second-order harmonic distortion was less than -40dB, the receiving sensitivity 50μV while signal to noise ration (SNR) 30dB, the power consumption of each channel 6mW at 5V power supply. © 2012 IEEE.

YVO4:Eu3+ nanophosphors were prepared by a sol-gel method. The structure and luminescent properties of YVO4:Eu 3+ nanophosphors are characterized by XRD and luminescent spectrophotometer. There are excellent luminescent properties for YVO 4:Eu3+ nanophosphors. The nanophosphors are applied in bioapplications field. © 2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

The purpose of this paper is to detect the echo under reverberation background by using adaptive interference cancellation. And in this paper, experimental data was treated. Reference signal is separately one single beam or symmetrical double beams in the processing of adaptive reverberation cancel. As the results shown, it is clear that the reverberation is made a great degree of inhibition after adaptive reverberation cancellation treatment. And when symmetrical double beams are as the reference signals, the effect is obviously better than one single beam. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

As an important nonlinear filter theory, particle filter is a heated issue in domestic and foreign researches. The option of importance density is one of the key steps of particle filter algorithm. The proper option of importance density can minish the negative influence of filter algorithm caused by degeneracy problem. This paper introduces several widely-used options of importance density systemically, and analyzes their features and applied perspectives respectively. The paper also advances a comprehensive method of importance density, analyzes its technical features, explores the adjudgement and improvement of this method based on various performance, and finally puts forward the necessary further study according to the engineer requirements. © 2015, International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Engineering.All rights reseved.

Educational equipment replacement needs to consider educational adaptability, technicality, maintenance, reliability, economy and other factors. In this paper, firstly, the index system diagram of educational equipment replacement was given and secondary fuzzy comprehensive judgment model of educational equipment replacement was established. The experts only judge their own areas of expertise. Secondly, in the process, the characteristics of different levels were fully considered. Expert scoring and Analytical Hierarchy Process method were used to determine weight. The weighted average of model was applied to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the model was illustrated to be accurate and has great practical value. © 2010 IEEE.
