Production process of the super duplex stainless steel ZG00Cr25Ni7Mo4N casting was presented such as gating system, smelting, heat treatment, welding etc., and the key process measures were analyzed. After adopting the optimal process measures, the super duplex stainless steel seawater circulating pump was developed successfully, of which chemical composition and the mechanical properties meet the requirements. Based on the difficulty of temperature control thermal conduction device of red copper-stainless steel bi-metal casting process, the casting production technology was analyzed, and the casting production process using temperature control thermal conduction of copper-stainless steel bi-metal device was detailed, including the pouring position, the gating system, riser, design of the ring chaplet, stainless steel pipe protection measures, and the melting process, etc. Chemical composition and properties of the castings meet the requirements through testing. Red copper-stainless steel bimetal temperature control thermal conduction device that is 2300 mm length, about 1.2 t weight, was successfully developed and applied to domestic enterprises of metallurgical equipment.
