Taking Fuzhou Rail Traffic Line 1 as the research object, based on the data about terrain, geomorph and hydrogeology, and combining the engineering planning situation about foundation pit and tunnel of station, this paper identifies the risk factors which may impact the engineering, constracts risk index system of rail traffic engineering, calculates the indices' weights with AHP. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with risk evaluation matrix and based on engineering risk classification code, this paper drafts the risk grades and acceptance criteria, establishes risk evaluation model of rail traffic. The results of evaluation points out major construction risk factors and risk concentrated geographical area of Fuzhou Rail Traffic Line 1 which may give a reference to risk management and monitoring of the engineering.

According to the characteristics of Jinggangshan geological disasters and the prevention of geological disasters in the status quo, a design has been developed in sensor technology as the foundation, using network transmission as the means of communication, geological disaster prevention management system with database, and spatial information technology as the core. The system realizes the disaster information management, real-time monitoring, forecasting, and early warning and emergency response, etc., to improve Jinggangshan Land And Resources Bureau of geological disaster emergency response ability and monitoring technology level, and provide effective information platform for the departments of land and resources in the geological disaster prevention and emergency disposal. Practice has proven that the wireless sensor network disaster real-time monitoring and early-warning model based on real-time, effectiveness, and intelligent characteristics. © 2015 IEEE.

With The profound changes of objectives and objects in the higher education, the modern teaching methods based on computer and networks are playing a larger role. Expert Teaching System (ETS) is a new Computer-Assisted Instruction System, which purpose is to achieve the individual teaching without teachers. This paper constructs an expert instruction system based on the production rules. According to the features of expert system, the expert instruction system in this paper is divided into five parts: interaction module, student module, teacher module, subject module, as well as teaching reasoning and management module. In the Expert Teaching System, the teaching resources are divided into many little units with the knowledge points; and all of courseware for these teaching units forms the subject module. The teaching strategies are represented by production rules; all of these teaching rules organize the repository of teaching methods. The inference engine takes a Forward Chaining method and combines with the AND-OR teaching activities tree which is designed by the learner, which raise the efficiency of inference. The paper takes a computer course of C Language as an example for constructing the expert instruction system.

The visitor experience is the core of tourism. The improvement of the travel quality and travel experience through information technique helps to improve the cultural quality and business efficiency levels of tourist attractions. This paper analyzed the characteristics and advantages of guide system based on GIS technology and traditional Tourism Interpretation System, studied the application of 360° panoramic tour explanations, developed a cloud-based information platform for tourism resources, and built a scenic virtual information system with automatic explanation. The results showed that application of GIS and 360° panoramic techniques in the scenic explanation promoted the process and effect of tourism experience, which conformed to tourists' purposes. In the meantime, tourists possess the condition and ability to operate the system. It is a technological way worth promoting at current trend of scenic intelligence. © 2014 IEEE.
