As central urban building clusters gathering the modern population, urban space development is undergoing unprecedented changes. The densely distributed skyscrapers, the ever sprawling urban construction land and the contracting greenbelts are greatly confining the sunlight, green spaces, ecology and air, significantly affecting the living quality of urban residents and arousing people’s reflection on the living environment and spaces in which we exist. Against this background, the construction and development of an eco city has become one of the focuses of concern across the globe. As one of the key techniques for building an eco city, vertical greening is moving towards globalization, diversification and large-scale. In this paper, the research outputs and progress of the application design of vertical greening in urban public spaces are outlined; the technical means and design methods available for creating vertical green landscapes in urban public spaces are analyzed; the important values of vertical greening are demonstrated by experimental study. The conclusion is that vertical greening has presented pronounced values in reducing solar radiation and lowering the ambient and indoor temperatures of buildings and is therefore well worth recognition. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Taking Fuzhou Rail Traffic Line 1 as the research object, based on the data about terrain, geomorph and hydrogeology, and combining the engineering planning situation about foundation pit and tunnel of station, this paper identifies the risk factors which may impact the engineering, constracts risk index system of rail traffic engineering, calculates the indices' weights with AHP. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with risk evaluation matrix and based on engineering risk classification code, this paper drafts the risk grades and acceptance criteria, establishes risk evaluation model of rail traffic. The results of evaluation points out major construction risk factors and risk concentrated geographical area of Fuzhou Rail Traffic Line 1 which may give a reference to risk management and monitoring of the engineering.

The visitor experience is the core of tourism. The improvement of the travel quality and travel experience through information technique helps to improve the cultural quality and business efficiency levels of tourist attractions. This paper analyzed the characteristics and advantages of guide system based on GIS technology and traditional Tourism Interpretation System, studied the application of 360° panoramic tour explanations, developed a cloud-based information platform for tourism resources, and built a scenic virtual information system with automatic explanation. The results showed that application of GIS and 360° panoramic techniques in the scenic explanation promoted the process and effect of tourism experience, which conformed to tourists' purposes. In the meantime, tourists possess the condition and ability to operate the system. It is a technological way worth promoting at current trend of scenic intelligence. © 2014 IEEE.

According to the characteristics of Jinggangshan geological disasters and the prevention of geological disasters in the status quo, a design has been developed in sensor technology as the foundation, using network transmission as the means of communication, geological disaster prevention management system with database, and spatial information technology as the core. The system realizes the disaster information management, real-time monitoring, forecasting, and early warning and emergency response, etc., to improve Jinggangshan Land And Resources Bureau of geological disaster emergency response ability and monitoring technology level, and provide effective information platform for the departments of land and resources in the geological disaster prevention and emergency disposal. Practice has proven that the wireless sensor network disaster real-time monitoring and early-warning model based on real-time, effectiveness, and intelligent characteristics. © 2015 IEEE.

The professional information and test information of tourism colleges are scattered and complex, which are not conducive to find and master. The article constructs the test database through collecting nationally tourism colleges' geographic information as the main index. These tourism colleges include higher vocational college, universities, master and doctoral. The article realize the dynamic connection of graphic data and attribute data, analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of colleges and universities to promote a better distribution of profession, even the decision and forecast. © 2015 IEEE.

With The profound changes of objectives and objects in the higher education, the modern teaching methods based on computer and networks are playing a larger role. Expert Teaching System (ETS) is a new Computer-Assisted Instruction System, which purpose is to achieve the individual teaching without teachers. This paper constructs an expert instruction system based on the production rules. According to the features of expert system, the expert instruction system in this paper is divided into five parts: interaction module, student module, teacher module, subject module, as well as teaching reasoning and management module. In the Expert Teaching System, the teaching resources are divided into many little units with the knowledge points; and all of courseware for these teaching units forms the subject module. The teaching strategies are represented by production rules; all of these teaching rules organize the repository of teaching methods. The inference engine takes a Forward Chaining method and combines with the AND-OR teaching activities tree which is designed by the learner, which raise the efficiency of inference. The paper takes a computer course of C Language as an example for constructing the expert instruction system.

With the development of age and landscape engineering skill levels more and more advanced, all these contributed to the landscape design of innovation. Reasonable choice and use of landscape materials to fully express the designer’s intent and design performance, and therefore the material between the landscape and landscape design are mutually reinforcing. In this paper, the basic types of landscape materials as a starting point, the study design principles for the use of landscape materials, and hard landscape materials selection and application of methods in landscape design, combined with the corresponding design techniques to enrich and highlight the landscape design of the form and content. From the combination of color and texture, detail, lighting, innovative design techniques, such as the angle of the material, study and explore how to properly use landscape materials, and finally summed up the general principles of hard landscape materials and the use of modern landscape design, how to choose a hard material. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

The sequencing specification defines an interoperable method for representing the intended behavior of an authored learning experience such that any Learning Management System (LMS) will sequence discrete learning activities in a consistent way. At present, in the sequencing specifications, the intended Sequencing Strategies is encoded one by one in the XML file, causing the redundancy of sequence data. This paper presents an innovative function mechanism to design learning sequencing. This mechanism adds two categories, a function element and a function-call element, into the IMS Content Package Information Model. The function element is used to design a reusable sequencing component with an interface of parameters, while the function-call element is used to repeatedly call the function element by transferring various actual parameters. This method improves the design environment of the learning sequencing and effectively reduces the redundancy of the learning sequencing in a content package. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
