The accurate AR model can reveal the changing state characteristics inherent in the signal, however the AR model is sensitive to the changes in the state of the system, and the multiple of dynamic source signal coupling is bound to affect the estimated results. The method of blind source separation is reconstruct mechanical vibration source signals. Then the non-stationary fault signal is decomposed into several stationary signals which suit to establish AR model. Finally, the AR model of stationary intrinsic mode function is constructed to extract the characteristics of fault vibration signal. Oxime ethers display remarkable insecticidal, weeding, antibacterial, antiviral and anticancer physiological activities. Series of steroidal oxime ethers with the structure of 3-, 6- or 22-O-methyloxime or O-benzyloxime were designed and synthesized by different synthetic route using cholesterol or stigmasterol as starting materials. Their structures were characterized by IR, NMR and MS. Antiproliferative activities of the compounds were assayed by thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. Some compounds displayed distinct cytotoxicity against SGC-7901, Bel-7404 and CNE-2 cancer cell lines. Our results reveal that the compounds with the structure of 22-O-methyloxime and 22-O-benzyloxime have better antiproliferative activities. 3β-Hydroxy-22-O-benzyloxime-22,23-secostigmastan-6-thiosemicarbazone (15) displays an excellent antiproliferative activity against CNE-2 cancer cells owning an IC50 value of 5.7 μmol/L. © 2014 Chinese Chemical Society & SIOC, CAS.

Microstructure, chemical composition, fracture mode and fracture morphology of a cracked water cooling pipe elbow were detected and analyzed through optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The mechanism and cause of cracking failure have been found. It comes to the conclusion that the failure mode of water cooling pipe is intergranular fracture due to that (Fe,Cr)23C6 carbide precipitates in grain boundaries. The analysis indicates that the improper operation of overstaying at high welding temperature contributes to chromium depletion at the grain boundary, thereafter, leading to the intercrystalline corrosion and the brittle cracking of water cooling pipe. ©, 2015, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Heat Treatment. Effect of martensite content on dynamic and quasi-static mechanical properties of a high magnetic permeability and high resistivity 1Cr17Ni1 duplex stainless steel were studied by OM, SEM, EDS, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine and Matlab soft ware. The results show that the impact toughness AKU as the dynamic fracture behaviour is low while the total elongation (A) and reduction in area (Z) as the quasi-static fracture behaviour are high when the solution temperature is below 1050°C. With the solution temperature increasing, the martensite in 1Cr17Ni1 duplex stainless steel increases and the difference of quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties decreases. However, the martensite content decreases and the dynamic mechanical properties become poor when the solution temperature is above 1100°C. It is concluded that the microstructure under quasi-static and dynamic fracture behaviours exhibits different mechanical characteristics because of the different loading conditions.
