Following the thinking clue of the ensemble prediction in numerical weather prediction (NWP), a novel nonlinear artificial intelligence ensemble prediction (NAIEP) model for calculation wind speed of Mountain Darong in Guangxi has been developed based on the multiple neural networks with identical expected output created by using the genetic algorithm (GA) of evolutionary computation. The results show that the calculation accuracy by the nonlinear ensemble model of genetic - neural network for wind field is significantly higher than the traditional multiple linear regression model. Thus in practical application the long time sequence data of wind could be calculate according to the short time sequence data of the observation through the ANN nonlinear ensemble model, therefore this model is better practicability and popularize value for it provide the basis to research the exploitation wind resources. © 2010 IEEE.

Due to their unique fluorescent characteristics, quantum dots (QDs) have been successfully applied in the fields of biotechnology and medicine, but there is very limited information regarding their biodistribution and chronic toxicity in vivo. In this article, the biological behavior and toxic effects of mercaptoacetic acid-CdSe/ZnS QDs (MAA-QDs) in developing zebrafish embryos were investigated by in vivo tests. The MAA-QDs were introduced into zebrafish through microinjection at early stage. The results showed that the MAA-QDs at certain concentrations influenced the survival of zebrafish embryos, but treated embryos without developmental defects were also observed. MAA-QDs injected into the cytoplasm at the one-cell stage were allocated to progeny blastoderm cells during proliferation and almost never entered the yolk. The formation of notochord and primordial germ cells with normal morphologies was detected in the treated embryos by whole-mount in situ hybridization. Furthermore, traces of the element cadmium were mainly discovered in the tissue of liver and kidney of 3-month-oldtreated zebrafish by quantitative assessment with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Thus, we hypothesized that low concentration MAA-QDs have chronic toxicities when they were delivered into zebrafish organs. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.

In this study, the core of this study is to obtain the extreme values of share price function with the similar curve method. This study follows the four stages of mathematical modeling: Questioning, modeling, verification and comparison, redefines the new method of financial technical analysis-similar curve method and gives two original new concepts-curve similarity and WP indicator, as well as the visually achieved key source mode. With SPSS software, it is obtained that the probabilities for the increasing function to gain the maximum and minimum WP values are, respectively 34.28 and 22.86% and those for the decreasing function to obtain the maximum and minimum WP values are, respectively 33.33 and 25.71%. The test results of the original WP expert system to the 4 management objectives, i.e., win rate, annual r a t e of return, net profit r a te and annual number of transactions are, respectively 87.57, 75.70, 31.54 and 6,837.60. Compared with other 6 expert systems, the above results are optimal. Due to similar methods of financial technical analysis, the similar curve method can be applied to the analysis of all transactions. © 2015 Academic Journals Inc.

In this paper, we propose a multi-projection method and its re-iterated algorithm for solving weakly singular Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. We apply our methods to Petrov-Galerkin versions to establish excellent superconvergence results, and we illustrate our theoretical results with a numerical example. © 2010 Taylor & Francis.

The atmospheric/soil CO2 consumption by rock weathering has become the main carbon sink. The flux of CO2 consumed by rock weathering increases with the increasing carbonate rock outcrop area and the water drainage intensity. In this paper, with the rock, water runoff and water chemistry data of the valley as the main data, the authors estimated the flux of atmospheric/soil CO2 consumed by chemical erosion of continental rocks in the Pearl River Valley based on a global erosion model (GEM-CO2) developed by Amiotte Suchet. The total carbon consumption is about 252×109 mol·a-1 (571×103 mol·km-2·a-1), about 71.4% of which are caused by carbonate rocks, with about 180×109 mol·a-1 (1030×103 mol km-2·a-1) CO2 consumed flux. About 79.4% of the consumption of CO2 is localized in Xijiang tributary basin, because of a high proportion of carbonate rocks and high humidity in this area. In contrast, the Beijiang tributary basin and the Dongjiang tributary basin only possess 13% and 4.9% of the total CO2 consumption amount respectively. The flux of atmospheric/soil CO2 consumed in the Pearl River Valley is 2.3 times higher than the average CO2 consumption of the major river basins in the world.

We consider the eigenvalue problem of a class of non-compact linear operators given as the sum of a multiplication and a integral operators. A product integration method is used to approximation based on numerical integration of the weakly singular kernel integral operator. It is shown that entries of the corresponding matrix of this method can be evaluated exactly. The convergence of the method is proved. © 2012 IEEE.

As the two largest countries of energy consumption in the world, China-U.S. energy cooperation has been taken place to respond the climate change. And as the important foreign trade partners each other, the bilateral trade imbalance impedes their economical relation. So in this article the ways of effects of China-U.S. energy cooperation on rebalancing trade are studied firstly. Secondly the VAR model is founded and the road and degree of effects of China-U.S. energy cooperation on rebalancing trade are studied positively with impulse response function (IRF) and variance decomposition. © 2010 IEEE.
