By analysis on the Internet Of Things (IOT), logistic unified information system as well as Intelligent Flexible Architecture technology of system and business flow, provides a intelligent flexible reform technology and realization method. Intelligent flexible reform technology of logistic unified information system is a solution for logistic system and business flow combining IOT RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), Internet and CTI (Computer Telecommunication Integration), it uses business-aspect adjustment algorithm to form the flexible reform model of the system, and do the reform planning coordinating handling, realize the real time reform with IOT logistic business flow on conditions of unified information communication. Internet of Things (IOT) is an extension and expansion of the internet development. The ultimate goal of IOT system is to realize the exchange and communication between human and thing as well as thing to thing. With the constant development of IOT, the intellectual degree of the future IOT would be higher and higher, the application filed would be getting extensive too. IOT plays a very important promoting effect on the logistic service system, corporation production and operation management, the production quality control of the online shopping by consumers and other aspects of the electronic commerce. IOT E-commerce provides extreme convenience to people's work and life, but its information safety still has some restriction. The character of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is to divide the complicated problem into simple combinations of multiple hierarchies and factors, and group each factor in two for comparison and calculation, according to the calculated result to make judgment and make choice. This article, based on AHP model, establishes information security evaluation model of IOT electronic commerce, evaluates on the five physical measures to protect electronic label by theory analysis on algorithm and AHP model, which has certain referential value to the IOT E-commerce information security evaluation work. With the growing pervasiveness of the Internet, data mining for e-learning is constantly increasing. Most research works are based on adaptations of theoretical models devised for information retrieval. However, the semantic method that underlies the process of knowledge mining is different than the process of extracting relevant documents or objects. We propose a theory model for semantic knowledge mining. We build Semantic Knowledge Mining algorithm (SKM) that take into account for the varying semantic relation in context. We show how to achieve this by using aggregate demand data. We evaluate our work, by applying the techniques on e-learning platform. Our extensive user studies, using more than 4,000 user-providing ranking scores comparisons, demonstrate an over whelming preference for the knowledge mining results generated by our techniques, compared to a large number of existing strong state-of-the-art baselines. By analysis on the characteristic of low-carbon logistics, Internet of Things (IOT) Service System and economic zone, provides Multiple-Regions cooperative low-carbon logistics intelligent control optimization model. The low-carbon logistics IOT service system Hidden Markov optimization Model is in the IOT environment to use Hidden Markov Model algorithm to implement characteristic state transition monitoring on cross-region cooperative logistics process, based on network information aggregation, common distribution and cooperative control and other variations of IOT monitoring targets, determine prioritized state sequence by forward and backward algorithms as well as Viterbi algorithm, realize establishment of China-ASEAN and Guangxi Multiple-Regions cooperative low-carbon logistics optimization model and achieve intelligent control.
