This thesis introduces a low cost and high precision temperature cycle measurement system with adoption of PT100 as temperature sensor, with single chip computer as the core. The method of sub-three-wire connection is proposed for engineering practice, then, can eliminate the effects of lead wire resistance and simplify the external cable connection. We discuss and research circuit component selection, circuit design, improving system reliability, and a software method of piecewise linearization process is adopted, thus we ensure exact and reliable measure and the system characteristic of low cost and high precision. © (2010) Trans Tech Publications.

In this paper, Eu3+-doped Ca3(P x V 1 - x O4)2 (x = 0.1, 0.4, 0.7) nanophosphors were synthesized in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS). The products present interesting and regular morphologies under the mild conditions. For Ca3(P x V1 - x O 4)2: Eu3+, they have the similar phase and their morphologies vary with the content ratio of P to V. Furthermore, the luminescence behavior of Eu3+ has been investigated in this one kinds of matrices. In Ca3(P x V1 - x O 4)2: Eu3+, the 5 D 0-7 F 2 emissions of Eu3+ were the strongest, indicating that the Eu3+ site is without inversion symmetry, the host compositions with different molar ratio of P to V have; great influence on the luminescent performance. Among those products, The value of I 615/I 593 for Eu3+ in Ca3(P 0.7V0.3O4)2 host lattice is the biggest. The substitution of PO 4 3- for VO 4 3- increase the ratio of surface Eu cations as well as the value of I 615/I 593 of Eu3+. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Using anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and nonionic surfactant glyceryl monostearate (monostearin) respectively, Ca3(VO 4)2:Bi, Eu3+ red phosphors were prepared by a facile reaction chemistry method and their morphology, structure and luminescent properties were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the introduction of surfactants not only greatly influenced their morphology, but also induced a remarkable change value of I615/I592. The reason that causes the variation of these properties for Ca3(VO 4)2:Bi, Eu3+ red phosphors was concluded to be related to different surfactants. © 2013 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.

A facile chemical method was employed to prepare fine BiPO 4:Eu3+ phosphor particles calcined at the same temperature. Introducing lithium greatly affected the morphology of the samples and further affected the luminescence intensity. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The XRD patterns of BiPO 4:Eu3+ indicated a monoclinic phase. From the fluorescence spectra, the emission transition 5D0 → 7F1 is more prominent than the normal red emission transition 5D0 → 7F2. Based on the intensity ratios of 5D0 → 7F 2 to 5D0 → 7F1 in the emission spectra, it can be concluded that introducing Li+ can improve the symmetry of the crystal lattice and modify the emission intensity. Sharp lines at 395 nm are the strongest of the f-f transitions and match well with near-UV LED chips. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

The influences of frequency, magnetic field density, importing waveform and annealing process on the rangeability of Fe78Si9B 13 amorphous alloy ribbon's magnetic induction effect were studied. The results showed that the rangeability increased with the magnetic field density increased when frequency below 75 kHz, but decreased with the field density increased when frequency over 75 kHz. Compared with quenched ribbons, the rangeability increase after annealed, and the rangeability reached maximum annealed at 300°C for 1.5 hours. When the input waveform is 75 kHz positive pulse and field intensity is 358A/m, the rangeability the quenched ribbons was 2.27V but it reached to 2.85V after annealed at 300°C for 1.5hours. © (2010) Trans Tech Publications.

The measuring circuit of signal conditioning module of platinum resistance temperature sensor detection system uses a sub-three-wire connection mode. It can improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the measurement error caused by the external circuit. The amplifier circuit is an operation circuit using in phase input. This paper is mainly about the development of data collecting system based on of USB, including hardware design, firmware design, equipment driver programming and application software design based on Windows driver model (WDM). A modified low temperature solid state process has been proposed to systematically synthesize europium-doped yttrium phosphate-vanadates with general formula Y 0.48Li 1.5V 1 - xP xO 4:Eu 3+ (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6). All the Y 0.48Li 1.5V 1 - xP xO 4:Eu 3+ products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The excitation and emission spectra were measured at room temperature. Y 0.48Li 1.5V 1 - xP xO 4:Eu 3+ show the characteristic missions of Eu 3+ ( 5D 0- 7F 1,2,3,4 transitions dominated by 5D 0- 7F 2), intensities of the products were sensitive to the x value, and the x value had an obvious influence on the ( 5D 0- 7F 2)/( 5D 0- 7F 1) intensity ratio of Eu 3+. In addition, incorporation of Li + ions in the phosphors reduce the amount of Y 2O 3, lower the cost of production, and cause a new phase Li 3VO 4. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2012.

In this paper for the first time, the compounds Y0.5 - x Li 1.5PO4:Eu x (YLP:Eu) were synthesized by the simple method of solid state reaction. The technology takes much time dry low temperature and little time calcined to synthesize rare earth phosphates. Their structures were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction experiment. The excitation and emission spectra were measured at room temperature. Y0.5 - x Li1.5PO4:Eu x shows the characteristice emissions of Eu3+ (5 D 0-7 F 1, 2, 3, 4 transitions dominated by 5 D 0- 7 F 4). Incorporation of Li+ ions in the phosphors promote the crystallinity, reduce the amount of Y2O 3, and lower the cost of production, moreover, transition dominated by 5 D 0-7 F 4 is important for a number of practical applications. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
