The management system of the double switching signals' design is to achieve the persistent light warning effect by switching to the other main signal automatically when the car's turning signal is broken. This self-bringing manage system will automatically record the specific location of the broken signal light, and will notice the conservator or the maintenance worker to keep in repair the signal light. Thus, this way can improve managerial effectiveness and shorten examining time. This design adopts single chip or logic control chip to realize automatic switch; and transfers signals between turning signals and main control system according to low voltage power line transmission technology or wireless transmission technology. In this study, we focus on the development of energy efficient and achievable load balancing mechanisms for wireless sensor networks. Due to resource constraint and tremendous amount of sensors, one possible way of achieving maximum lifetime of the network is applying data aggregation on sensor data. However, existing approaches introduce significant computation and control overheads that often not suitable for sensor networks applications. In view of this, we propose an in-network data aggregation scheme by exploiting the inherent spatial correlation of the sensed data. Each sensor multiplies its reading with a random coefficient and sends the product to the next hop to calculate a weighted sum of all the massage. Instead of receiving individual sensor readings, the sink will receive all weighted sum and restore the original data. By doing so, each node only performs one addition and one multiplication in order to compute one weighted sum and consume the same amount of energy. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is efficient and outperforms existing schemes in terms of energy gain and network lifetime. © 2011 Asian Network for Scientific Information. Considering its working stability, semi-closed loop control is usually used in Mid-range CNC machine tool, but Processing quality of the product is Seriously affected by wear, hot variant, screw error and backlash of machine driven system. In order to improving machining precision, reformation processing on closed -loop of Y axis in THWMZT-1B CNC milling machine is introduced, such as connecting and installing hardware, setting parameters and backlash compensating. Commissioning results have shown that repeated positioning accuracy got 0.01mm, pleased result was got. © Guolan and Yunzhong. Source

An μ-A ammeter has been designed based on TLC7135 and Nrf24LE1. A built-in 2.4 GHz wireless transceiver has been embedded in the product for tracking measurement in the system for a long time, and it can be used as a wireless micro-ammeter sensor for sampling and measuring the data through the wireless communication network. The micro-current measurement principle has been analyzed and the hardware circuit has been designed in this work. The simulation of design scheme has been carried out with the Proteus software, the measurement error and measurement accuracy have been analyzed quantitatively. The difference between the simulation result and the true value is ± 1 LSB. The resolution of the ammeter is 1/20 000, same as that of 14 bit A/D converter and the current resolution at 20 μ A is 1 nA. The proposed micro-ammeter sensor can be used for current measurement of the semiconductor leakage or the standby machine. Source
