Using the MSS data in 1976, ETM data in 2001 and CBERS data in 2007 as data source, we obtained the wetland data by the way of man-machine interactive interpretation and field checkout. Under the support of GIS technology, the authors analyzed the spatial-temporal change characteristics of wetland by dynamic degree, conversion matrix, landscape pattern index and barycenter excursion in three provinces of Northeast China. The results show that the natural wetland decreased largely, and landscape pattern tend to complication; artificial wetland area increased rapidly, and tend to regularization in the past 30 years. And many marshes have been translated to the artificial breeding-cultivation. Although the natural wetland is a slight increasing under increased rainfall and wetland protection measures recently, the coastal wetland is still degraded.

The article put forward the technology method and route of mine exploitation which surpass confines base on the surpass confines of exploitation definition. Firstly we obtain the relative authentic and fresh status of mine exploitation which surpasses confines in Guangdong Province, by developing remote sensing survey mine exploitation which surpasses confines in Guangdong Province in the year 2012. Next we elicit the surpass confines of exploitation trend go to the bad in Guangdong Province, via the remote sensing dynamic survey of mine exploitation which surpass confines in Guangdong Province in the near three year. Lastly we indicate the existent primary problem of mine exploitation which surpasses confines in Guangdong Province by remote sensing survey and surveillance. Moreover, we present useful advice and strategy, wish the remote sensing which is regarded as a technique sustentation can better serve the mining and policy administrant.
