Genetic algorithm and neural network are two basic methods of data mining. This paper studies the related theory of genetic algorithm and neural network and, on this basis, proposes an improved mining method basing on the combination of genetic algorithm and LM optimization algorithm. This method uses genetic algorithm in two stages to improve the quality of network training. It first through the genetic algorithm to get an approximation of the overall solution by coarse control, as the initial value, and then takes genetic algorithm and LM optimized neural network algorithm to alternately train the network. By an example calculation, we can see it is feasible for crop output prediction model basing on neural network to finally inquire of the future crop output by fitting the historical data. The alliance rules stated above based on the principle of data mining association rules provide a solution for detecting errors in the data sets. The errors are detected automatically. The manual intervention in the proposed algorithm is highly negligible resulting in high degree of automation and accuracy. The duplicity in the names field of the data warehouse has been remarkably cleansed and worked out. As influenced by the geological complexity and many uncertain factors, tunnel construction using shield machine is still a complex and risky activity. When passing through the transition geological layer or occurring error operation of the machine, usually some construction failures may occur, such as caking, soil occlusion, water spewing and ground surface subsidence, etc. In order to effectively avoid the failure of construction, this paper proposes using the improved Elman Neural Network Algorithm and making on-line fault diagnosis prediction according to the state parameters of shield machine. Sub-micron gratings have novel diffraction properties, including high-efficiency and polarization-dependent diffraction. The detailed fabrication process of fused-silica sub-micron gratings especially the grating mask was described, which can be fabricated using holographic interference recording and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) dry etching technology. Deep-etched fused-silica sub-micron gratings were obtained for period 890 nm with different depths, whose aspect ratios can reach the maximum 6.7 for an etched depth of 3.0 μm. It demonstrates that the holographic recording together ICP etching is an effective method for fabricating fused-silica gratings, which are useful elements in a variety of optical systems. Source
