Based on theory of chock coefficient not influenced by chock scale and acidizing treatment, proper choke formula is optimized for this area through rational oil and gas rate during the period of production test so as to correct the oil and gas rate before and after acidizing during the period of well testing and well-test interpretation technology is used to certify the reliability of the result. The result shows that the oil and gas rate corrected is rational and reliable, which lays the foundation for production forecast and well test interpretation. The application of choke coefficient has a reference sense for analyzing the yield of rationality and improving the quality of testing data from field well testing operation.

According to the characteristics of low permeability, low pressure and low abundance in Sulige gas held and analyzing geological conditions of the reservoir block of the 10 area, it is concluded that the 10 blocks of the Soviet Union has a condition of partial pressured, and commingled production and partial pressured technology with fixed string for K344 gas well has been developed. Field tests show that this technology can realize conducting multi-fracturing with once string trip, as well as producing with co-layer after fracturing. The technical process has features of simple operating way, high successful rate, being safety and reliability. A better effect is gained by field application in 204 wells at soviet union 10 block areas in the Sulige gas field.

RTTS Packer is a special tool for separating different zones in downhole casing. Its rubber element becomes shorter and bigger when a force acts to it and so separates different zones so that well test for certain zone(s) can be done. Sometimes packer seal fails due to the problems with rubber element during operation. This paper analyzes these problems and factors which should be considered in selecting rubber element.

By study of percolation property research in low permeability reservoirs, under condition of pseudo-steady percolation, at the same time, considering the startup pressure grads and reservoir damage effects. The dimensionless general inflow performance relationship of the low speed non-Darcy deviated well has been founded. it analyzes the effects of factors such as the startup pressure grads, pseudo-skin factor and true skin factor to the dimensionless non-Darcy percolation IPR curve for a deviated well as an example in one low permeability reservoir in Hailaer basin. The result shows that true skin factor has a great effect on IPR curve, for the same dimensionless pressure, the dimensionless product is less, and the reduced product rate is more and more smaller, when the skin factor is larger; the pseudo-skin factor is caused by deviated well which has a close relationship with drift angle, a small effect on IPR curve, and the drift angle is larger while the skin factor is smaller when the startup pressure is small, for the same dimensionless pressure, the dimensionless reduced product rate more and more larger, and only when the startup pressure is higher, the startup pressure grads, drainage radius or average reservoir pressure has a great effect on IPR curve.
