This work describes results of experimental studies covering the period from 1971 till 2014. It is observed that without fertilizers application content of humus in the top soil as well as labile phosphorus and potassium reduces. Systematic application of the same mineral fertilizers negatively affects on the content of humus in soil while together with regular application of semi-decomposed manure (30 tons per hectare) fertilizers contribute to its growth. In comparison to control fertilizer application increases effective soil fertility but doesn’t allow achieving the balance of nutrients, i.e. in comparison to initial value the amount of their labile forms gradually reduces. © 2014, American-Eurasian Network for Scientific Information publisher.
