Simulations of three-dimensional mixing characteristics of straight double paddle of 250 L mixer for rare earth extraction were conducted with organic phase and aqueous phase as simulative mediums by the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. Distributions of velocity field, turbulent flow field and pressure field were determined under giving conditions.
