A method of assessing risk of power system with high penetration of wind power includes following steps. A correlation coefficient between wind power and load is obtained, and a probability of negative peak shaving is calculated. A probability of extreme ramp rate under extreme weather conditions is obtained, wherein a probability distribution of the extreme ramp rate matches principles of HILF and LIHF. A PRNS, an ERNS, and a RI are obtained, optimal reserve demand is obtained utilizing Unit Commitment Model, and operation risk based on PRNS, ERNS, and RI is calculated. A relationship between frequency and consequence distribution of risk is obtained by calculating the operation risks during N days, dividing the operation risks into different risk levels, and calculating a frequency of each risk level, wherein the operation risks in each level have similar values.

A method of calculating theoretical power of wind farm based on extrapolation of anemometer tower data includes following steps. A number of anemometer towers in a wind farm is selected, and analyzing historical data acquired by the number of anemometer towers. An air density is calculated based on the historical data of the number of anemometer towers. A power curve is calibrated based on the historical data of the number of anemometer towers. The power curve is fit based on a wind speed and a wind power of a fan head of each wind turbine based on the historical data. An theoretical power calculation extrapolation model of anemometer tower data is constructed. Real-time anemometer tower wind data and a calibrated air density are inputted into the theoretical power calculation model and calculating the wind power. The theoretical power is obtained.

A theoretical power calculation model of wind farm is constructed based on the historical real-time measured output data of sample wind turbines. A number of wind turbines actually running in real-time is obtained based on real-time information data of wind turbines in the wind farm. An actual operation data of the sample wind turbines is confirmed. The actual operation data is input into the theoretical power calculation model of wind farm. Real-time data of theoretical power of wind farm is output, and an actual operation result of wind farm is comparatively analyzed.

A method for improving system small disturbance stability after double-fed unit gets access to the system belongs to the field of electric power system operation and control technology. A sensitivity analysis is adopted to optimize parameter, through making sensitivity analysis on the non-ideal dominant mode happens to the system to find out several nonzero elements that are most sensitive to this mode in system matrix; elements of state matrix is adopted to replace the elements of system matrix to make analysis so as to find out the most relevant parameter set; setting parameters change in the interval to observe track for the change of eigenvalues of corresponding mode and then balancing and optimizing system parameters comprehensively according to the change of eigenvalues. Without adding other control means, the present invention can improve dominant modal damping caused by selecting improper controller parameters or system parameters after double-fed unit gets access to the system without increasing cost; as this method is also highly targeted, exhaustive efforts for all the adjustable parameters of the system can be avoided, which not only greatly decreases workload, but also improves computational efficiency, so that it is very instructive.
