By the improved adaptive of genetic algorithm, the genetic operators that have adaptability at any time can be obtained, and the premature convergence problem of the traditional genetic algorithm have been overcomed. Then, the location of each storage in the warehouse has been defined by the serial number method, and the model of stacker to pick has been established. Finally, the adaptive genetic algorithm has been adopted to improve the initial path and get the optimal solution. In addition, a simulation has been conducted by the Matlab Genetic Algorithms Box to show that this algorithm is more quickly and efficiently. Source

The multi-element high aluminum bronze coating was prepared on polished 45 steel substrate using a supersonic plasma spraying system. And the sample was treated with a high frequency induction remelting equipment in order to improve comprehensive properties of tinterface. The diffusion behaviors of Fe, Co, Ni and Mn in the samples during induction remelting process were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EPMA. The results show that the diffusion distance of Fe in the substrate is very short. And Co can easily dissolve in Fe and diffuse from coating to substrate while the diffusion of Cu accompanies with Ni is from the coating to the substrate. The diffusion rate of Mn in interface is slow. Fe and Co can be enriched in gray phases in form of Fe3Co7. Meanwhile, Ni is slightly enriched in gray phases in the forms of NiCu and NiAl. In addition, Cu is substituted by Ni to form AlNi2Mn, taking Ni uniform distribution. Based on SolidWorks software combining with the Fluent software, the temperature and velocity distribution in process of horizontally continuously casting brittle Co-Cr-W alloy wire were simulated with different casting speeds, and effects of casting speed on wall-thickness of solidified shell and internal solute diffusion were analyzed. Meanwhile, Co-Cr-W wire was trial-produced to verify the simulated feasibility. The results show that with casting speed of 1.5 m/min, the effective thickness of solidification shell can be formed and the energy can be consumed completely. The simulation results are well in agreement with practical ones. Source
